I tried to make modelling chocolate for the first time for my wedding cake. I messed the recipe up and only used half the amount of corn syrup. I tried to save it by warming it up and working in more syrup but it ended up like soft gummy candy. I will have to try again soon!
The color of the sauce seemed a bit of to me but that could have simply been my phone's screen. It really looked like a plateful of rigatoni. Thank you for the awesome video!
