6:14 the connectors around .1in pitch are colloquially called "dupont connectors", as duPonts mini-pv connector was one of the earliest and most copied variants

Those aren’t even duponts, those are just straight up header pins… unless he was asking what the equivalent wire-to-wire connectors were.

Nice job. I just went with a camera module from that giant Chinese marketplace. I got a IMX258 3840x2160 with USB interface for $25. It's 30fps at all resolutions. I went with a 80° fixed focus (FF) lens, which can be focused down to about 20mm.
I'd already installed a small length of 24v LED strip on my hotend when I got the printer.
