    Very cool to see such lovely riding. Also very cool to see Saddlebreds, a Friesian, an Arab (maybe half-Arab, maybe National Show Horse), and at least one Morgan in the ring together.

    It’s a good thing those riders know how to use the ring because that was a huge class for that small ring

    I knew at least some of the trainers around that ring because of their cheering. Lol I go to too many shows

    oh snap is there a reason why most vids on this channel are disabled in the comment section and why are the videos super short? the info on each vid is outstanding making me long for more content on this channel. I hope this channel decides to invest more quality time into the videos at least :) . cheers

    A lot of horses in a small arena. Some were not used to riding in traffic.

    I find the whooping sound a few butthole people make to be terribly annoying. Whoever is doing this needed to be escorted out of the show.

      it's actually tradition, BonnyD! :)

      It's tradition to do that when a horse you support goes by it's done in Missouri Fox Trotting shows as well

      Me to . They do it at reining and cutting shows..even when it's a horrendous run....annoying...

    Well how did they place.

  • @FfStar
    @FfStar 2 года назад +3

    Is that a Friesian? Just seems so odd when most are likely SBH or TWH. But then again an open class right?

    • @DoubleDogDare54
      @DoubleDogDare54 Год назад +2

      Friesians have very high, extravagant movement for all they are a heavy horse.

    • @FfStar
      @FfStar Год назад

      @@DoubleDogDare54 true but I guess I just wondered why they were not in breed specific classes

      @@FfStar Because this is a saddle seat competition, judging how well the riders can show their horses in an animated way of moving. That's why Saddlebreds are the dominant type being shown, but any horse - purebred or crossbred - could be used and look good as long as it is capable of moving in an animated fashion. The actual breed of the horse is not important.
