No, I was using google pixel. You can use any phone with this smartwatch. About all the features, I don't know.

Sometimes when I choose Austria, it changes the language to German and I want it in English. Thats all. The location is not relevant at all.

The watch only accept from which Sim you set on your phone. If you want Sim2 than set it on your phone to accept Sim2 call.

Showering should be fine, swiming too but it's better to take it off. Just don't dive with the watch on your hand.

Try to factory reset the watch and reconnect it again. Also when you reset, remove the watch from the Bluetooth list.
