The Queens Rishikesh homestay is located 40km away from Rishikesh near Taj Rishikesh. It is a different concept of Eco Homestay in Kodiyala where you get prefabricated cottages for a solo as well as group or a family stay. Food is delicious and the interior and exterior is unique. All cottages are river facing Ganga Ji. This is a perfect place for a longstay also, very peaceful.

Was booked in the Queens Rishikesh recently. I regret to say that we were forced to leave the homestay within a few hours for the following reasons:
1. very poor hygine--the whole place including the rooms were stinging as a sewage treatment systen was place just behind the room. A cow shed was also next to the room, hence the rooms sting of foul smell
2. rooms are dirty, bathrooms are utterly disgusting. Used soaps are kept in the bathrooms; not even handwash was given
3. Food was pathetic--the chinese manchurian was full of ant, The noodles was so spicy that we couldnt take a morsal. Rice was undercooked. For this inedible food she charges Rs 500
4. There is no internet connection, no network.
5. The rooms are too hot, and fans dont work.
6. No electricity most of the time
7. The place is 52 kms from Rishikesh (but the owner says its just 35), and takes almost one and half hrs to reach. It is totally cut off from Risjikesh
8. The homestay is dirty with bits of papers all over the open area.
9. The dinning area is too muddy and dirty
10. The rooms are 3000 per night, and in this rate, u can get many hotels etc in Rishikesh. The room charges are not worth it.
So guys, pl avoid this homestay run by Parul Jindal
I am the owner of The queens , This group was thrown out of the property for misbehaving after being intoxicated with weed and alcohol and damaging my property plus disrespecting ma ganga !
This is not fair. I was present at the property when this happened. Was there for Holi celebrations with my family. A group of Women were not behaving well , probably under influence of intoxication of some mean . They really misbehaved with staff and the lady owner (who showed lot of patience) by not handing them over to law enforcement agencies. They literally almost abused the staff. I really request all to behave once you are out of the comfort of your Drawing Rooms. Being part of Herd of ladies don't give u right to misbehave.
The place is amazing and will give you the true sense of village. Will really recommend all to visit it once.

R Sharma where you the one who removed our luggage from the traveller or were you the one who cleaned the bathroom after the stinky people left before us, or were you the cook of the property who servered us absolutely non edible food with ants? Which one of them where you R Sharma. Coz there was no one else apart from us n these 3 people and Parul Jindal. And if you were one of them then a court case will be in your name too along with Parul Jindal.

I had booked the Queens rishikesh recently. My experience was bad why coz they have have given me late check in around 3.30pm. I have little kid with me n it was very hot that time.
No power backup/ no proper electricity
The best thing no water supply during our last stay n I was force to take bucket they were giving me excuse. reason (they don't have proper water connection. They have put water pipe which connected to gangaji as u go down u cn see )
This is advice for family whose has small kid plz dont go here rt now coz they don't a/c n proper water supply..
Yes food n view good. Bt basic thing are not proper available like water n electricity.
Really sad to hear that and apologize for the inconvenience because when we visited they showed us everything perfect and we found good location thats why we made a video but thanks for your feedback we won't suggest anyone
Thank u for ur feedback ! Yes there are electrical cuts in hills and that is govt issue not a homestay problem . Due to 8 hrs of long electrical cut even gensets had given up that day . Yes we made sure that you have water in ur room for ur family and small children even when there was no electricity. Infact we have videos made of how you and your wife created a nnuisance at our home for water shortage inspite of been provided the same . Last we wish to again notify that we are a homestay and not a resort . Its like staying in our house and we made sure that your stay was comfortable .

We had an excellent stay in RAGA ON THE GANGES in sindhwali village near taj rishikesh and pebbles resort in tatta paani village 10 kms from rishikesh.
