Dealers treating investors (employees) with little regard. Not trusting the advisors point of view or feedback if it is even ask. Hire warm bodies and do not have things prepared for them when they start. Then they(dealers)(management) often never know how to do the job themselves and offer no training or tools to be successful. Have real leadership ability. No one ever want to have the real life discussion about the dysfunctions.
