Amazing you ran into the dishwasher leaking in the same place I had one last week. Mine was also a GE. Not stainless though. GE has gone downhill the past year or two. You forgot about the easiest part of the faucet, that could cause low flow. The aerator. Some are to much of a pain to replace though. We use Moen for our kitchen faucets. I'm surprised you changed out a perfectly fine ceiling fan, just because resident wanted a new one. We dont do that.
I kind of miss apartment maintenance. Single family homes is better money though. Lots of driving from one house to another. I think 3-4 hours, of my 8 hour shift, is driving.

Good morning Lex. Great video! You probably used Noalox anti-oxidant joint compound when connecting aluminum to copper wires. May not be completely necessary, I have a habit of using the product anytime dissimilar wiring. Appreciate you keeping it real while helping others!
