Yeah, Date's Basara strike is basically Anji Mito's instant kill move... except Anji was riding on the dragon. I guess it makes sense if the developer was the same though. XD SB 3 just released outside of Japan too. Many store have it today in the US. In other regions you might have to wait a day or two.
Forget the Basara KOs. Any game where a character's victory animation is to jump on a horse mid-gallop is forbidden by law from not being awesome. Too bad Masamune's Basara KO is a direct rip-off of Anji's from Guilty Gear.
