I believe you have to erect the tarpaulin, wash with salt and drain, then leave for 24 hours under the sun. Next, fill with water and leave for another 24 hours. Then introduce the fingerlings but do not feed them for 24 hours. When this is done, you are good to go. I believe this is the process.
