- What ho! What ho! Jeeves and Wooster know how to party. The song is taken from the Jeeves & Wooster soundtrack with light baritone supplied by Mr Bertram Wilberforce Wooster. Pip pip!
Twenty years later, Nagasaki was a smoking ruin and the Roaring Twenties but fading memory.
Great mix. This IS a night on the town - Interwar style! And I do mean *style* !
My favorite show😎
Needs more likes, Needs more viewes, Needs more Stepehen fry, Needs more Hugh Laurie but it can't be any more awesome.
I thank you GREATLY for re-uploading this, instead of that other GARBAGE that shows only picture's of the bombing of Nagasaki and Hiroshuma...
what a delightful thing!
THANK YOU for reposting this! I agree wholeheartedly with the other posters, this video is the awesomest!
I got a sudden urge to rewatch Blackadder
Sounds like a cunning plan.
@@JiveDadson "Mr. Balrdick, sir?"
"Yes, Mr. Jeeves, sir?"
"I have a cunning plan, sir."
Well bugger me with a fish fork that looks like such larks!
Awesome jazz music!
Trivia question. The chord-progression that this song employs is so popular with jazzers that it has a name. What is it?
So much fun!
Jeeves and Wooster music video? Awsome! You got the spirit - beat me Daddy with a basebat bat!!
Why has this not gone viral? I mean, If 'Nyan Cat' can get over 10,000,000 hits....
Великолепно!!
Nice music
I thoroughly enjoyed the video. So I binged watched much of Jeeves and Worcester during the winter but I'm surprised to see scenes with Jeeves PARTYING ??!!
WHICH EPISODE or episodes might these cuts be from?? Or was some of it just promo video? If you know Jeeves he generallyy likes a good educational book in the evenings (did he ever have a cocktail in most shows ??) ... and only indulged in seafood I think as we know he had a dream of going to sea, etc...
When Rocky's aunt wanted him to write about night life, Jeeves volunteered to go out, experience, and write about it to the Aunt.
Супер!!!
Jeeves hob-nobbing with the well to-do hardly seems in the feudal spirit.
Wasn’t this on their trip to NYC? It would be more in the aspirational American spirit.
@@11thstalley96 It was a needed project to get local colour to put in fake letters to make them more convincing. Quite in order. So Jeeves liked it, nothing wrong with enjoying your work.
Indeed, sir
@@hoodatdondar2664 Quite so.
Here's a trivia question for you all: The chord-progression of the song is so popular with jazzers that it has a name. What is it?
Amazing and back in London in 2021 we have i our current lockdown 3 months when not allowed even to leave the house except for limited reasons. What a world of lack of freedom. All legislated away.
Looking at people so close to each other without masks on their faces... Feels strange, doesn't it😂
Ля, осуждаю)
This is Nagasaki. It's not a Foxtrot
No foxtrot, just charleston at the start. - so I stopped.
Your loss!
