In your video, there is a plate in place of the XM radio connector. How do you route the LVDS wire with thay connector in the way?
Hi,
In the UK, my PCM has an XM Board that isnt shown here.
The vid doesn't show any stand offs between the existing and new boards, is this correct?
My installer has everything open but the boards look too close and doesn't want to continue.
Please confirm asap.
This video leaves much to be desired. Skipping over some of the most difficult steps like routing the cables and dealing with the XM antenna. for which standoffs were not included in my package so had to wait days for those to arrive by amazon while the car was taken apart.
Understood the pain of it. this video is installed on a pcm3.1 without any XM board, we will very soon be posting a video of a XM version.
Can you use factory oem mic?
