This was actually exhibited in one of the episodes of MHA. It displays mina breakdancing to draw the attention of two upperclassmen harassing a lowerclassman into using his quirk to turn leafs to money. They then walked away and likely spent the day together, but what happened after said incident is impossible to confirm.

Y'all brits or something like her voice sounds totally normal to me, (an American, I hear this every day) and so its eastpy to believe that this is just her speaking in Japanese but we understand it in English, cause yknow, that's what we speak. If she had a British accent I wouldn't be able to take her seriously.
