BTB Tools - WK6 Winged Non-Scratch Pinchweld Trimming Blades

No more scratching vehicle pinchweld paintwork with BTB's anti-scratch, winged WK6 pinchweld trimming blades! They are also called pinchweld scraper blades or pinchweld preparation blades in some countries.
BTB's exclusive "winged" non-scratch pinchweld trimming blades are specifically designed to easily and safely remove the remaining urethane bead from the vehicle pinchweld/body after cut out of a windshield or other adhesive bonded glass or body panel, leaving a thin, even layer of adhesive for re-bonding.
They have a special and distinct radius grind cutting edge to the underside, extending up the vertical wing on each side, which avoids any damage to painted pinchwelds, including the vertical pinchweld wall
Available individually in differing widths, WK6-S, WK6-M, WK6-L or flat WK6-40, or in the 4-blade WK6-SET kit, covering all of your adhesive trimming applications:
• eliminate scratching of paintwork on pinchweld and vertical pinchweld wall
• maintain the integrity of the E-Coat
• Safely remove urethane embedded with shattered tempered glass fragments e.g. smashed rear hatch glass
These blades are most often used in the BTB WK7 and WK7L manual handles but can also be used in the BTB WK10HD air power tool or the BTB 12Volt battery powered E-Tool for heavier duty applications.
These blades are also excellent for capping/removing the top section of the encapsulation on damaged encapsulated glasses to allow access to adhesive from outside vehicle using BTB's Powered Cold Knife Blades.
