This sounds great and I would love to use it. Could you please explain/show how this integrates with the Ableton suite (for example, the round robins; a feature I'm not aware of in Ableton)? Really amazing! I'm as happy as you are about the great result.
Hi there, my buddyw who programmed it in Ableton used samplel in Ableton to make it randomly cycle the 4 samples. This is because there is no round robins available in Ableton (but this is close) all the best
Big up Bro, very amazing and authentic sounds. It's a pity that the sample pack is not available for Kontact "player" but I can but hope. One Love ❤️💛💚

Awesome pack! It sounds amazing. I have the LEgacy Drums, the One Drop, and the UFO and I'd love to pick this one up as well. How does it sound if it's transposed to other keys?
Wow! thanks for your support Dylan! I haven't tried transposing it, but in my limited experience with it, I think it would maybe work tuning down 1 note (maaaybe 2). I've heard transposing upward creates a less desireable sound. Try it out and let me know how it sounds! I'm hoping this is just the beginning and perhaps a detailed piano virtual instrument is in order! Cheers

Sounds really great, and I'm so glad you finally got into building Kontakt instruments... but OH NO!!! It looks like you've done this in a recent version of Kontakt. I can't find the specs anywhere on this page or on the order page, but I am assuming from the mapping image that this is either Kontakt 7 or the last version of Kontakt 6. Unfortunately, I am stuck at Kontakt 6.5.3 for now and indefinitely at Kontakt 6.6.1 after I make my next OS upgrade in the coming months. Would love that organ--especially--since I generally like to do more stylistic things with my piano and rhythm guitar licks that I couldn't accomplish with these... but sadly, I'm guessing I can't use any of them for the time being. You should put the minimum Kontakt requirement on your product page, or you may end up with some unhappy customers. Not sure if you also turned those drums into a Kontakt instrument, since the last time I got a sample pack it was not in an instrument form. It would be good if you built the drum instrument as well and added it to the set, and of course the bass when you get that happening. It will make for a nice set that I'd love to be able to use one day. I would also strongly recommend and REQUEST that you also create a proper VI version of the piano and organ instruments that allow users to play lead lines and other rhythmic parts that could only be played by a user playing keys as properly laid out keys. The chords instruments will be very helpful and quite useful... but not having the ability to bang out leads and extra parts will indeed by an absence that will be missed, and some sort of substitutions with another VI will then be necessary. But good stuff you have here. I wish I had a studio with your drum kit, piano, organ and bass amp all miced and ready to go. Those all sound incredible.
It works on Kontakt 6.2.2!! Yes I will update the one drop pack in the near future to work on Kontakt too. I might be able to get it working in Kontakt 5.5 as well. We shall see… but grab the Riddim pack and try it out . you’re good on 6.5.3 bro 🙏 nothing wrong with adding Melodie’s from a different VST. These tones are a wonderful bed for the rhythm section. 🤙🏼
@@DMKahn-- Fantastic news sir. That means I'm in! I trust I have until the beginning of the month for the intro price since my other Black Friday expenses have limited my spendings until the next paycheque comes in. That's so weird that you have a mapping colour scheme under the hood that I have never seen before. I just assumed it was probably the new look of Kontakt 7. You are right that I can use another VST for my organ lead lines, and I will play real guitar to get my Bingy Bunny style intricacies in the rhythm guitar part, but I would really really love to have a version of that piano in regular keyboard format for adding the more specialized little riffs and stylings that I would like to add with the piano. It's a great sounding piano, so I really urge you to put together a full keyboard instrument. It doesn't have to have more than 2 velocities and 2 round robins. Maybe even no round robins... just a basic keyboard so we can customize the piano track with the exact same piano sound! I'm excited about your organ and rhythm guitar instruments because that's going to make it so easy to lay down the bubble and chunk tracks right from the start and will make it more fun to work on the song. I'm also going to find myself playing certain organ bits that I wouldn't do with a non-chord instrument so it will add to the variety of organ licks on my track, which is cool. Same with the piano. Nice work!
But I'm thinking a lot about this and I'm concerned about the chords in the key of A thing. This collection seems great for coming up with new rhythms and is certainly worth having for banging out new song ideas... but in my case I have so many existing songs in different keys and many which modulate to another key within the song. I'm looking at the specs and supposing that it **isn't** often going to be so easy to lay down an organ or piano with this pack onto my existing songs without a lot of head scratching and adjusting the tuning in Kontakt, and using multiple instances, etc. This probably isn't a quick fix for me in quickly laying down bubble organ tracks in songs that already exist unless they are very simple progressions. I still want it, but I can't fool myself into thinking this is going to solve more problems than it is going to create in my particular situation. On the other hand, it would help me bang out brand new song ideas very quickly... so I still want to support you and take advantage of what this can offer me in the context of creating new songs. I have to see this as more of a Reggae inspiration kit rather than a Reggae fix-it kit.
@@zedxxx9 this kit isn’t the end all be all, but it’s cool and has real tones. You can definitely use it for the rhythm bed of a song. I believe it’s worth the price and worth getting, especially considering it has 3 instruments. Either way, thanks for your consideration man! All the best
@@DMKahn-- Definitely not questioning the value. Just talking out loud really. I am in a unique situation where I have a large body of work that I really want to finish and less of a desire to keep spinning off new tunes... but it's always fun (and ultimately compelling) to come up with new songs and this kit is definitely going to be an enjoyable way to come up some of those and very quickly have some presentable results.
