I've been working at Wendy's for 25 years, and I can tell you that we don't use any oils to cook our hamburger patties on the grill. The patties come fresh, never frozen.
Yup. First job was a Wendy’s grill cook. The burger patties don’t use any spray. They are actually the best of everything on this list.
The grilled CHICKEN has a spray on the grill though. Maybe they misunderstood the question.
@@TheGavrael Do they use the same grill for both the burgers and the chicken maybe?
@@ellieb2914 we didn’t. We had two grills and one was beef only.
@@TheGavrael Thank you!
The seed oil is added to the patties at the factory.
That's wild about the Wendy's you went to. The Wendy's near me doesn't use PAM or any oils on the grill. My first job at 15 (I'm nearly 41 now) was at Wendy's, and we used to cook 100% raw beef, just placing it on the grill and salting each side. It might be worth asking someone else or checking out a different Wendy's to confirm.
I've been on a 100% carnivore diet for nearly a year now-August 21st will mark one year of eating nothing but steaks, ground beef, and eggs. To say it's been life-altering is an understatement! I've lost so much weight and feel better now than I did in my 20s. Keep up the energy and positive videos! You all are doing great things :)
I am lazy, I buy 4 quarter pound patties every day. Didn't know about the discount app. Thanks, Kerry.
I am lazy too! Buy 6-8 at a time when I am busy. Tasty and easy. Great hack on the app. Thank you!
In and out would've taken the prize! Can't beat it! And so easy to order as a carnivore.
I travel around the country and my trick is, I go to walmart to buy sharp cheddar slices for 2 bucks and change, some carbonated water, then I head to McDonald's to order 6-8 beef patties and just lay the slices on them. Best meal ever. I also ask for butter (it's real butter) and I carry my salt (McDonald's has aluminum)
What and where is the highest amount you’ve paid for McD’s patties? I live in CA and can’t imagine they are $2/patty!
@@suew4609 I think the highest has been 2 bucks a patty. I haven't been to California for a while but I imagined with all the taxes etc the prices would be slightly higher. Though definitely worth it they are delicious and do the job.
@@suew4609- they are $2.90 a patty here in Northern California!!! I was floored. Used to be $1.49
@@Mxcarnivoro You may want to think about stopping carbonated water 💧, it changes your stomach pH. It can also eventually cause colon spasms from the carbonation. 🙂
I believe it was Dr. Ken Berry who had asked Wendys if they used seed oils and the answer was no. So it may be different at different locations. But now I'm going to have to ask to make sure.
I used to work at Wendy's, and the burger patties were never sprayed with PAM. I only ever saw PAM used on grilled chicken. Burgers would always cook with their own fat, whereas the grilled chicken would get grilled with margarine or PAM. And it was always a separate section of the grill.
Thanks for the McDonalds trick with the 4 patties. Btw, our Wendy’s cooks their burger in its own fat.
I know that lady didnt know what they she was talking about. Burgers are freakin awesome!
So glad to hear that! I love their burgers! They're the best out of all 4 of those! And they're huge too! I'm going to call my Wendy's where I go and ask them.
And they're the cheapest too! More meat for your buck!
@@1Hope4Allthey sure are, my go to in airports.
burger king has seed oils on the patties. canola oil as a anti dusting agent. from their website
I love when your daughters are part of your videos!! 🥰
Ozempic likes to advertise over your shorts! The irony. 🤷🏻♀️
We have In-N-Out Burger, TK Burger and Shake Shack. I tried Wendy’s recently because so many people in the live chat love Wendy’s! I found it to be extremely greasy and threw it away. You just confirmed my suspicions!
Great work guys!!! 🍔🍔🍔
In-N-Out Burger rock us carnivores
For a while I got that Jardiance song "Jardiance has a great big story to tell". My mom used to say that when you were telling a great big story, you were telling a lie.
I keep getting the v shred crazy, and I don't know which ad is worse! 🤷🏾♀️
How about the government allowance card that shows the first thing going on the cart is MEAT?! Lol
It's impossible to say the why we see certain ads when watching certain videos, but I suspect one's searches influences the algorithm. So if you search and watch Type 2 Diabetes videos, ads from advertisers in that realm will show up.
I live in Wisconsin. I just passed 100 days carnivore.
I get McDonald's and Culver's all the time. Didn't think Burger King was legit so always passed them by. Had Wendy's a couple times but no more. TIP: I asked Culver's to put my burgers in a drink cup instead of a box. They always gave me a box and it would be soaked in juice/grease. They thought it was odd of me to ask for the burgers in a drink cup but it eliminated the soaked paper box. Culver's only charges $1.5 per slice of bacon and you get a big slice of bacon. McDonald's charges $2.49 for a smaller serving of bacon and I think McDonald's charges 79 cents to add cheese each. Culver's doesn't charge for cheese. I think it's cheaper to order a triple Butterburger with cheese and bacon no bun than 3 singles. I might be wrong on the triple vs 3 singles haven't done it much. Hey! Blessings and love and hugs and prayers and best regards from beautiful Wisconsin.
You WANT the paper box! Anything plastic will get microplastics into your food. I really wish all the fast food places would put them in paper boxes but even when I ask for them, they don't do the paper boxes.
@@autistic-lutheran-carnivore I said I asked for mine in a paper drink cup. They gave it to me as I asked. The drink cups don't leak. They have a little bit of a coating inside that keeps the liquid from soaking in. Paper boxes get grease soaked and fall apart. I put the food in a plate when I get home anyway. But let's face it, I can't get away from everything toxic. We do the best we can with what we get. You do you anyway you please. Best regards to you for a successful phd 😀
How do you guys afford to buy that stuff from the fast food joints? So much cheaper to do it all at home. Even with the app Mcd is $8 per lb for the patties and I can buy 85% for $2.99 every day of the week.
@@johnsonpaul1914 And he said that in his video. But if you are traveling or there are times when people have circumstances that they need a quicker way to have a meal. Don't judge. You do you. Now that I don't buy crackers and cookies and chips and potatoes and processed foods in boxes (cereals, stuffing, cakes, candy etc) I have extra money to buy good meat and occasionally eat out. They only bought meat. No fries or pies etc. The costs weren't very high. Again you do you. Other's choices are their own. Best regards to you for successfully eating a phd.
What all are you allowed to eat on a burger and follow the carnivore diet what is your go to order when you go to places like this I'm interested in this diet
Great to see all your family together.Awesome show very informative.
I had no idea that Wendy's uses seed oils grrrr. Never again! I rarely order from fast food restaurants.
Great video ❤
It depends on the restaurant. My local Wendy’s does not use seed oils. They’re cooked in its own fat. Just ask them.
@JohnNY11205 Oh, ok! And, I live in Alberta, Canada 🇨🇦
Yea I used to work at Wendy's, and the burger patties were never sprayed with PAM. I don't know why that may or may not have happened at the Wendy's that Kerry and his family went to. I only ever saw it used on grilled chicken. Burgers would always cook with their own fat, whereas the grilled chicken would get grilled with margarine or pam. And it was always a separate section of the grill.
unless this location does or they asked the question no resturant adds fat to a grill to cook hamburger none. I have worked at many fastood places and reg resturants and schools etc no one is using pam or butter on meat maybe chicken not burger.
Wow, I wasn't expecting McDonald's to be the first choice.
Thanks!
Did you know you have to get no seasoning on the burgers form mcdonald's. Their salt is iodized salt and it actually contains sugar. They use morton's salt. You can even go look in the regular store at the morton's iodized salt and they use sugar in it. Prob why they have the most flavor.
Yes! Use your own redmonds
"Do you think it's made with real grandma?"
😂😂😂🤣🤣🤣
ROFL 🎉😂😂😂😂
You are eating the “grandma” cows 😆😆😆
I've been waiting for this vid!
Took your advice yesterday, we ordered our first McDs patties while out ( our daughter was at a Korean Hot Pot place with friends we had a few hours to kill waiting so....)
Omg, it was absolutely awful trying to get just 4 plain patties!!! The lady was nice but foriegn, she had to call the manager ovwerfor help. No biggie, we were patient, kind of expected it.
After all the shenanigans, price wasn't bad, flavor was good.
MISTAKE; Ordered reg patties instead of 1/4 lb.
Con: Loaded the app but the lady at window said nothing to scan because it wasn't an app order. I was too overwhelmed to argue it, but I didn"t get my % off, and now the order will not be automatically in the app.
Pro: I love cooking at home so we do not do this often.
From this experience tho, we have decided IF we are out and want to grad a patty, we will go inside and order it. I can't stand tking to the stupid machine outside with a normal order!! So now that carnivore has helped me start walking again....I'd tather walk my azz inside, explain what I want face to face!!
Excuse my typos....and the fact that I don't feel like edit to fix them. 😂😂 Ptsd from ordering plain burgers 😅😢😅
Just ask for the ala cart menu.
@@KR-jq6ru That's when the fun begins, more than half the time I have asked for the a la carte menu the response is, after about 90 seconds of fumbling around the touch screen I suggest they get themanager, but I also add that I'm not losing any patience and that they will learn something new.
I like: #1 Burger King, #2 McDonalds, then Culvers. They are all good but I love that char-grilled taste. Didn't know Wendy's sprayed the grill with PAM. Disgusting!
Do you have Grill’d in the US? Thick and juicy burger meat, no oils. Also, we have Guzman and Gomez Mexican Kitchen. The only thing I can eat with no seasoning or oils is the pulled pork side. 👋🏻🇦🇺
It now makes sense when I have ordered Dave's Triples w/ cheese w/o buns and the burger patties are greasy which I loved (thinking that they just make them so they are better marbled in their own beef tallow or something like that), but I now know they were greasy from the wrong type of grease. I gag on burger patties because they are too dry for me. I need some cheese but I am trying to lose weight so I abstain from this altogether because I need something (butter or cheese) to get me to down burger patties.
@@autistic-lutheran-carnivore buy fattier hamburger if you cook your own! 70-75% lean is good yummy yummy and bbq, or cook in beef tallow or butter.
My Burger King sucks. If you ask for patties by their self they have to ask the manager and sometimes they’ll say no they won’t do it sometimes they will. I’ve seen them ask the manager if they could put cheese on a burger.😂
In and out at Burger King best ever of them Shake Shack is real good
Excited for the results! TY family!
This was so helpful! Thanks family!
Thank you guys that was fun😂😂😂
EMMA YOUR SKIN IS LOOKING BEAUTIFUL ❤️
What a great informative video, guys! Good to see all the girls involved. :)
That’s odd. In my state my local Wendys wouldn’t cut the price for a patty only, i had to pay full price as if I was buying a burger with everything on it. McDs and Burger King gives you the cheaper price when ordering only patty
McD's does say that they put salt and pepper on when they grill it. No biggie unless you have issues with: dextrose, potassium iodide, and sodium silicoaluminate (ingredients in the salt they use). Dextrose would be the flavor enhancer, similar to msg.
I make McDonald's put my four patties into a double box. No plastic. They do that for me.
Smart idea! Thank you!!
I've asked two Wendy's here in Colorado and they DO NOT put any oil on their grills when cooking the patties. And you can ask for no salt if need be. No pepper is added, like with McDonalds.
"Made with real grandmas"!😂
Thanks for the taste test! It was great to see how to order too.
I loved this video! Thank you to the Mann family! 😊 💕👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
I rarely eat out, unless, like Kerry said, "in a pinch". Sadly, because I didn't know what they were cooked in, I have only eaten Wendy's burger patties.
You have changed my mind and now Wendy's has been "DQed" on my list too!👎🏼
I'll be trying McDonald's burger patties the next time I'm in a pinch and need to eat while I'm out.
Thank you again! 🥰
Very interesting! Thanks for the info.
Ken Berry gets his MD's patties wrapped in paper.
I’m surprised you didn’t investigate Wendy’s instead of believing internet gossip. I’ve got a lead bar painted with gold paint that’s really solid gold.
Laura Spath shows how she eats fast food too. In California the In-N-Out meat patties are $1.30 a piece. Per Laura's suggestion I get mine mustard fried. Delicious. The only thing I don't like is the grease -soaked box I'm left with. Happily it's compostable or makes a great firestarter for the fire pit.
The amount of plastic waste gives me guilt but asking for the burgers from the other franchises in a box is surprisingly difficult. The staff always looks at me funny as if I was speaking a foreign language.
How much fun was this!!! 🎈🎈
We work hard to make and travel with our own food but boy howdy do I get excited when I find an excuse to stop for some McD's patties! I would put Burger King as as very very tight second. Great video and McD app tips!
I found a great place up here in Anchorage, AK by the Bass Pro Shop. Main Event Grill, big patties for $5 each (Smash Burger gets $4 each). Qdoba Mexican Grill in Wasilla does bowls. Went there last week and got 2 sides of grilled steak, $3 a side, in a paper container. It was delicious.
Next time you guys make it up this way, you can try them out.
Thanks for sharing that info! I’ll keep that in mind next time I’m out and hungry.
Prices vary from store to store within each brand. Burger King in Grayslake, IL and Round Lake Beach, IL sell 1/4 lb Whopper patties for $1.00 per patty.
Could have done a blind taste test to weed out any bias. But hey, my kids would pick McDonald’s too. I personally like Burger King myself. Thanks for exposing Wendy’s to us. Overall a good test.
McD’s for the win for sure just be sure to specify the quarter pound patties - they are thicker and moister which is most of their advantage - and yes I have access to In N Out but they are so thin and dry
Man this really helped me out. I'm on a semi with my husband and food on the road is awful. I was doing really good on carnivore when I was home, but now I feel crappy. I really do think it's from the oils your talking about. I'm going to start going to burger King when we have to eat out. Thanks again, guys
Burger King is best. I used to prefer McDonald's as a kid but that chargrilled Burger King 👌
Where the grilled chicken patties at? Perhaps they would all be disqualified on the basis of seed oils, but it’s a good way to mix it up occasionally.
The only food outlet near me that I trust to cook their meat without any oils is Grill’d. They cost about A$4.50 each but we can get wagyu, beef, chicken and lamb. Way too lean but great in a pinch. Maccas and other fast food chains, never again.
in Western Canada the A&W beef patties claim to be grass fed, and taste pretty good, note the 3oz patties are cheaper per ounce than the larger patties, not sure on price, I haven't asked them about the seed oils.
Yes! I’ve had them with my friend Jeff! Good stuff
That’s good to know! I just called a&w they said they do spray the grill but they don’t otherwise cook the burger in any oils.
Burger King actually adds canola oil & silicon dioxide to their patties now. You can look it up. Too bad you couldn't test Hardee's & DQ also.
The choices should be: McDonalds, Wendy's & Culver's.
My husband has reversed his Type 2 diabetes with the carnivore diet. It’s ironic that Jardiance is on this feed. We spent $700 bucks monthly on that prescription medication. That’s a lot of money.
yeah I just started carnivore my doctor just prescribed Jardiance. but it cant be used with keto/carnivore diets cause it causes KDA I may go get it from the pharmacy so my insurance dont throw a fit or the doctor but I will not be taking it. already normalized my bs in 2 days on 0 carbs 2 meals a day. now to get off these meds hopefully soon.
This is so funny! Because me and my husband did this exactly today hahahahaha we went to three fast food places in Seoul and found one that is freshly made, grilled and taste amazing! Also another good one, but a bit cheaper price.
1. Frank Burger
2. No Brand Burger
Kerry is like the Forrest Gump of nutrition
Speaking of DQ - you should check out Dairy Queen - ( I don’t know if they add oils )
Maybe another test is required to add in Checkers, Dairy Queen, WhataBurger and A&w maybe Sonic 👍🏼
I go up to Culver's all the time because I really like their burger and I also get their frozen custard for my dogs. I'm glad you did this because i've been avoiding McDonald's forever. I know Doctor Berry buys the quarter pounder patties.
cutting Emma off mid-sentence with the McyD logo was pretty funny actually
Yes, McD's for the win and get a discount with an app. I like the 3 major restaurants and will support with all of them. Thank you for the experiment
It should. Have been a blind test.
How cool of you to do this
We recently came back from Canada and we hit the Wendy’s and the burgers were outstanding. We are carnivore so we bought most of our meat at the Costco there and cooked all of our meals ourselves. I did not know that they used that oil. I won’t be eating there again. I will have to try that app. Thank you. You guys are just way too cool.
My go to is McDonalds. I love Five Guys but they won’t sell the patties a la carte.
I just ordered the traveling salt shaker what a great idea! I'll do some more shopping on your site soon.
Love the "Healing Humanity" tee-shirt!
You can order one!😊
Mcdonalds double quarter pounder is so delicious when you toss the bun
Thanks for doing a taste test for us. Now I wanna go over to Wendy's here in Cali to see if they use seed oils here!
Thank you for this!! The tip about the McDonald's app is great! Good luck on the movie!!
made with real grandma's. LOL! This is so nice i was wondering what fast food place i couuld get patties from.
I pretty much stick to McDonald's patties when I need something on the road. Each 1/4# burger i add 1 side of butter, hits my macros perfectly and tastes great.
Wendy's, hardies and even subway all add vegetable oils too the meat at the factory. And my nerve damage flares up overnight.
McDonald’s patties for the win 🎉🎉🎉
Great info. Thanks!
WHOPPER® Patty: 100% USDA inspected Ground Beef (Fire-Grilled). Salt & Pepper Seasoning Blend: Salt, Black Pepper, Canola Oil (anti-dusting agent), and Silicon Dioxide (anti-caking agent)
What a great video, thank you! My go to was Wendy's patties because I heard one of our carnivore doctors say it was okay to eat. So I guess when I absolutely need to eat when I'm out I'll get the McDonald's 1/4 pounder patty. 😊
The lady at Wendy's didnt know what she was doing because they do NOT use pam on burgers, only the eggs. You may need to redo this video. They don't even freeze the beef... the burgers are thick. Pretty good deal too.
Wendy's. $1.29-1.49 for a large patty. No oils. My go to.
McDonald's the best because i feel they put salt and black pepper in it. Which how i love eating anything beef, especially hamburger.
A&W uses a broiler for thier burgers like burger King no seed oils either
Thank you for taking the challenge!!!
Now we know what we can eat when in a pinch and on the run…
At least 5 years since I stepped into any fast food place and only eat away from home maybe 3 times a year.
So glad for this test ...but you and I don't know exactly how many Wendy's pattys I've had in the last two years 😢? I'm so 😡😡😡😡😡 but no more Wendy's for me.
Not all Wendy's do that! You need to check with your local Wendy's.
Sonic is the best burger patty! Juicy and flavorful.
Many restaurants are serving salt packets from Katy’s Kitchen. It is NOT pure salt….it has dextrose listed on the packet as an ingredient.
Waiting for you to cover the story on why fast food chains even offer carnivore / low carb options for affordable prices in comparison to the regular menu prices.
Scott Rodriguez, senior VP at Papa Johns let the cat out of the bag in August 2022 with the press release and public Q and A associated with the introduction of their new low carb "Papa Bowl". More specifically, they were seeing a notable slowdown in sales growth. Market research informed that the slowdown in sales growth was attributable to:
"Papa Johns hopes the new item will eliminate the 'veto vote', when an eatery gets ruled out because it does not have options for everyone in the dining party. The idea is that if one person does not want pizza, the group can still go to Papa Johns and that person will still find something to eat."
Said another way, we (the collective low carb / carnivore community) are starting to making notable inroads by denting the sales growth of high carb fast food restaurant chains by exercising a "veto vote" and boycotting restaurants that do not offer affordable low carb / carnivore menu items.
Hoping there is some further pressure brought to bear to persuade fast food restaurants to include low carb / carnivore items on the regular public menu.
In my opinion, it is extremely disrespectful to play cruel games and make people discover and order low carb / carnivore items from the undisclosed non-public hidden double secret probation ala carte and/or condiment menu. As you mentioned in an earlier video, most of the front line counter clerks do not even know about the availability of affordable ala carte burger patties. It often times requires the manager to come out and show the counter clerk how to find ala carte burger patties on an obscure employees eyes only ala carte / condiment sub-menu.
Ive heard BAD, BAD about Mickey ds! Dont even want to say, its not even seed oils
Maybe they've changed ❤
Thank you
It’s 100% beef with no seed oils. I’m not advocating for eating it every day but if you’re traveling and in a pinch, why not? It’s literally 100% beef. It’s literally the same beef you would buy in the grocery store. It’s from the same supplier I advocate for buying locally raised independent beef, but a pinch McDonald’s is my go to if it’s good enough for Dr. Ken Berry it’s good enough for me
I worked at mcdonald's in the eighties. Everything was very high quality. Not sure about now.
I really like Aldi's frozen burger patties- 3 pounds for around $10.
Mcdonald’s really?
5 guys needs to be on the list!
A super happy Father's Day to one of the GREAT Fathers of Carnivore ❣️🥩❣️
thank you Lynn!!
@@Homesteadhow Hey...what do we always say....YOU put in the work! 😀
I have worked at arbys, jack in the box, mcdonalds, steak and shake, taco bell, in nursing homes, school kitchens, literally the only place on this list to not get meat from would be tacobell. unless you get the chicken or steak. tacobell has the most iffy meat. the other places literally take meat out of package put on grill put in on your plate. also most places just buy the dang burger and take the bun off. Most if not all charge you the same or even more if you buy the patty only. taking a bun off isnt going to kill you. I will get tripple burgers at mcdonalds and i just take the bread off no reason to add extra work to the worker.
Burger King patties SLAP add cheese and bacon if you’re feeling crazy! Tellem to stack it up like pancakes!
I love the McD’s 1/4 lb patties. I used to get them often when I first started the proper human diet. I also love Burger King (junior whopper back in the day). I am trying BK next. I just added the McD app to my phone. I’m good to go now. HUZZAH!
I’m with you about fast food burgers: they are great when I don’t plan right and am hungry but too far from home. Glad to know about Wendy’s using seed oils. I used to prefer Burger King, then Wendy’s, then McD’s. Never liked Culver’s but it might have been the bread; crummy after taste. But I’ll never do Wendy’s again, unless they change. Thanks for the info!
I used to work at Wendy's, and the burger patties were never sprayed with PAM. I don't know why that may or may not have happened at the Wendy's that Kerry and his family went to. I only ever saw PAM used on grilled chicken. Burgers would always cook with their own fat, whereas the grilled chicken would get grilled with margarine or PAM And it was always a separate section of the grill.
So Wendy’s must have just started using this a while back. Because I used to go through there all the time and get patties and they tasted so good. I also asked them if they use any kind of oils and they said no. A while back my family wanted to eat there and I got patties and they just tasted awful and I haven’t been back and that’s probably when they started using the canola oil. Also you can ask them to wrap your burger patties up in Burger paper. People gave Dr. Berry so much crap about the McDonald’s patties.
I use to work at Sonic Drive In and they also dont add oil to the burger patties. Just salt and pepper seasonings.
McDonald's does use a seasoning salt it may have hydrogenated oils in the process of making it as a binding agent look up the nutritional facts for their seasoning salt
Awesome job Kerry on your interview with His Glory tv!
Oh, thank you so much
Burger King charged me $6/patty for quarter pound patties. They said they don't sell them for less than the whopper. I wish I'd canceled the order but I was hungry so I spent $28 on 4 patties with slices of cheese.
I eat McDonald's all the time but, last few times I did, I noticed Black Pepper all over the Patties. So, people sensitive to the Oxelates in Black Pepper, ask to not have pepper on them. I don't mind the Pepper.
I think the lady was misinformed at Wendy’s / it’s the only one one out of your list that doesn’t up set my tummy
Good work Mann Fam~ we've yet to eat out at fast food since starting this woe 3 yrs ago, but this is good to know. I'm sure at some point we'll need to grab some food out & about, so thank you guys!
*P.S. LOVE my "Healing Humanity" shirt, I have the women's rolled cuff version in heathered dark blue. Not only is it an amazing cause, they really are good shirts~ fabric quality & screen printing still look new after tons of washing.=) So don't hesitate folks!
Ok, 🆗 cool video on the McDonald's app and going thru the drive through.
Can you do a video of ordering a big mac but minus the buns..just keep everything else ?
Im dying to know what it costs and how to order it on the app ?
The McDonald's patties are expensive where you are! I recently paid $1.50 a patty at a McDonald's in MD. I have found that the price per patty also varies by location.
McDonald's prices vary. We have 2 in our area and 1 is 2.99 a patty and the other is 1.49 a patty so check different ones. McDonald's is my favorite too! Taste better though when it's hot and fresh.
Thanks for sharing great Info
The problem with McDonalds where I live is the service sucks. So I would do Burger King instead. I like Rally’s also.
This is crazy, because every time I've tried going to different McDonald's and Burger King's, both of them claim to not have an à la carte menu. We don't have Culver's (looks like we're not missing much) or In-N-Out or Jack in the Box, so I always end up at Wendy's. Never thought to ask him about the seed oils. No wonder they taste so good... That really sucks!
Such a great video. I'm cooking hamburger patties now cuz you got me craving. 😊😋 it's good to have extra options so you can stay on track.
