We spent 24 hours in Dublin with our kids and absolutely loved it!
In this video, we took the hop on hop off bus with DoDublin to explore all the different corners of Dublin.
We visited the Little Museum of Dublin, Guiness Storehouse for Lunch, Dublin Zoo at Phoenix Park, and ended our day dancing and singing at the Temple Bar.
In this series, we'll take you on a journey to some of Ireland's most beautiful spots, including the Dingle Peninsula, Cliffs of Moher, the Giants Causeway, and the fun city of Dublin.

Hey! You guys are so cute. Thanks for sharing your experience in Dublin. We're heading to Ireland this summer with our 2.5 and 4.5 year old. While I've been there a few times, it will be our first time travelling internationally with our kids (and basically our first trip with them) and I'm totally freaked out - ha! This video put me at easy reminding me that we're probably going to have a really good time. :)
Aw awesome! We wish we had another day there. If you’re having fun, I bet the kids are going to too. Have a great trip💚💚
We're going to Dublin with our 3 year old this summer and I'm looking for recommendations :)
Kia ora from NZ !Bagus Colin! Enjoying your roadtrip . I like that you are on Migglish mode when you talk to mom and Americano when you do the vlog..lol
Hahah mestila! Thanks for watching!
Dublin is an amazing capital city. It’s a big town. It’s a tech capital of Europe silicondocks it’s pretty amazing area. But it’s become so international different races, different ethnicities all blending into this unique Irishness bringing their own flavor.
Yes we noticed that especially where we stayed in Parnell Street. Loved our time in the city ❤️
@@colinandmeg I was actually in Dublin for a couple of days I stayed at the Hotel Saint George right on Purnell Square. I was actually visiting friends up in the six Counties co. Down. I was there from august 31 till September 8.
Hope you enjoyed our home 💚
We sure did! Gonna check out your channel❤️
Dont forget U.S bars are completely different to pubs in Ireland snd the UK. Most are family friendly, or suggest kids leave around 8.30pm
Thanks for the tip!
@@colinandmeg As i said above kids aren't allowed in pubs after 9 pm anyways by law .When that law was ennacted there wasn't any great objections, but folk musicians were quietly concerned as folk/trad music is closely associated with pubs and usually later than 9pm,it would make it more difficult to pass on the tradition when children were no longer present.
wow you guys ate a lot of salt lol but thanks for the tips
You bet!
The pub culture is very different it’s family oriented. It’s community oriented. You do have to be out with children by 830 or 9 o’clock?
I wish I had known you before you went there I would’ve recommended 2 restaurants Elephant Castle or Boxty House.
I love Boxty House, because I love Boxty, which is a potato pancake made with mashed potatoes, shredded raw potato, flour, milk. They can be made savory, sour cream, scallions, or almost like a crepe and you wrap food in them.
It looks like you had a great time
Wished we tried it! There’s always next time 🙏🏽
Children can't be in pubs past 9 o clock anyway by law.pubs in ireland and over in britain are not just places to drink alcohol they are the focal point of social life
I learned something new, thank you! That makes sense!
