As a video idea if you want you can talk about how you dealt with this and made friends. i’ve had pretty bad social anxiety for my whole life and especially with COVID, i haven’t socialized in so long and honestly sort of forget how to as well as how to make friends haha. in the last 2 years, i lost like almost all my friends :/
Don't worry Samantha it's temporary. Just remember we all suffer to some extent and people just pretend that they don't. Take a chance with friendships and doo your best to connect. You will be rewarded:)
