I have dream Demon and she's really strong, the enrage stacks really quickly in a match and u can use the command grab bb2 and bb3 to heal any damage you take while also ignoring blocks like model leader's
I also got her, i feel like the 15 seconds are a bit too long, probably if they tweak it to like 10 seconds would make her better, still one of my favorite fukuas tho

Don't underestimate death mark stacking and stability! also if you didn't name risky ginger by name it could've been dream demon's description =)
Yea I've heard having perma death mark and normal death mark now would multiply crit damage by a whole lot now. Emrage and Death Mark together is always a crazy combo. I don't doubt that Dream Demon is good damage-wise but I guess having to wait 15 sec each time is what gets me out of being excited. I would rather have a shorter wait time and less potential damage, but that's just me.

Funny enough, my recent Holodeck runs to level up my newly invested Immoral Fiber gives me flashbacks to when my CoH was one of my very first variants to solo it consistently (back when the master difficulty was the only option) even before I poured money into boosting her stats. I still want give Jawbreaker a shot someday now that I was finally able to get one recently.
I do use Raining Champ avidly. Not so much as an attacker, but I include her in my offense as a last resord typically, not only because of the defensive capabilities complimenting her playstyle to easily chip away at the opponents health but also because I have Stand Out. If you have Stand Out, you NEED Raining Champ. The ability to grant Final Stand for such a long duration of time and so often really compliments Stand Out's regenerative abilities. Your Stand Out becomes completely invincible this way, and that's a real good thing because of how useful Stand Out in near anysituation. She's not the best Umbrella, but she works extremely well as a support and defensive fighter variant and I wholly recommend her to be invested in and used.
Took me a little over 2 days to finish this behemoth of a video, but dammit was it worth it. The entire thing is extremely well done and I love the new more ambiguous approach to rating variants and the specific signaling of who should and shouldn't use them. It's still sad that Dark Might hasn't gotten a buff or the complete rework he truly deserves, hoping that'll change next year and he'll see a similar glow up as Mummy Dearest did this year. Only disagreement I have is regarding Djinn, her absolutely insane attack stat combined with her Signature Ability and Filia's amazing kit is currently and in my opinion the best and most consistent way of dealing with extremely tanky defenders that gain really strong buffs and reflect a considerable amount of damage (which is what the current meta is centered around). While Class Cutter has access to the same kit, her considerably lower damage and over-reliance on crits and debuffs makes her a lot less powerful against a large number of defenders and almost unable to defeat several of the top tier defenders without getting lucky, although I will admit she requires a lot less to be good (basically just 2 ringlets and a drill tempered) so she's definitely better for everyone who doesn't have a maxed out Filia moveset.

It turns out, people don't like a simple yes/no answer and obviously I had to simplify a LOT of things to be able to do that, which makes it seem like I'm not fully appreciating a variant to their maximum capacity. Re: Djinn vs Class is a hard one since their both really great, carried by Filia's kit, and their abilities is really just about increasing damage in different ways, if we're simplifying them to the extreme. Yeah, I suppose this is going to be a disagreement here but if you're willing to hear me out, here's my reasoning: Djinn does have a higher damage ceiling but I wouldn't say Class has considerably low damage since she still sports a high 13.5k. Reliance on debuffs is true, but it's only a problem when you're facing against Dream Band and Splitting Image with innate Immunity. Other defenders can be taken care of just as easily or possibly easier thanks to Heal Block and Heavy Bleed. (Well, except for Djinn rolling invincibility and killing Immoral Fiber perfectly, that's something Class will never be able to do). And about crits, it's true it depends on your moveset but the payoff is worth it. Death Mark is an insane debuff and crit damage amplifies your damage so much. But if you don't have a crit build, Djinn would be your superior choice. So I guess it all comes down to the moves you have and the opponent you're facing, just like most things in this game I think.

I think heavy metal is a little undervalued as an offensive variant. When played with 100%+ atk, high piercing and meter gain his raw dps output is almost unmatched as soon as he gets one stack of armor (which is quite easy because he can buff himself) Behind Tres Chic, Primed and Neuromancer he is one my favourite attackers.

For windstalker, you don't need to continuously be doing head hits or know combos using head hits. You just keep the near enemy and keep on finding an opening.
Very late to the video but dream demon is my second strongest Diamond (bc of summer salt) and I can confirm she’s really strong!! She’s gonna primarily get her buffs from playing against stronger opponents with more health bc they are on the field longer, but she’s still really strong either way. Once death mark is used she can free attack as much as you wish, the enrage buff and crits from block busters/special moves makes her absolutely demolish opponents in seconds. The only thing that holds her back is it takes a little bit to get the buffs but besides that I think she’s my favorite fukua to play with. She’s very aggressive and in your face and that’s how I like to play

im new to the game but ever since I got Umbrella I've been HOOKED by her playstyle and aesthetic. I love how shes snobby and childish. I adore the idea of having an umbrella for a weapon but I was kinda bored of Parasoul, so Umbrella is literally perfect for me. I don't really care if shes not meta or strong at all, I'm definitely maining her
I immediately came here to check wetwork because I just got her and I didn't know if she was good or not, but now I'll definitely be investing on her! Although I still have to complete fly trap's skill tree 😅
As a Windstalker main, she is my absolute favourite. She fricks over characters with revives and abilities which trigger below certain hp%. Her BB meter drain is like having 5 stacks of miasma. And her headless plays just control the opponent very good. I think the only variant I couldnt defeat with her was Splitting Image. Too bad many players convert her as soon as she drops from the relic.
I got a shiny windstalker so I'm kinda just forced to invest and play her 😂 but I do agree that she is fun to play around with especially with her meter drain
I think they need to buff risky ginger because sometimes when you really need to block some powerful moves or a multi hit blockbuster like Annie's boomerang you can't really avoid that so you need to block to not get killed but then all your efforts of getting those enrage will be gone and that is very annoying
They need to change it to something like 1:countering an attack gives deadeye for 15 sec, blockbusters are unblockable with deadeye” 2:”countering an attack also grants immunity and a super long enrage” She puts in risk, so her reward shouldn’t be “instantly dying to thorns” and her enrages shouldn’t be destroyed by just getting hit
You always rave beast king. I bought him for 10k a year ago. I don’t know how I knew I was gonna get him but I did. I still haven’t invested in him, snake, salt or jawbreaker. SMH. It’s a shame I don’t do rift very often. I keep doing PF to evolve others. Kinda dumb because winning 15 rift gets me around dia 4 which is way better than PF rewards. I just keep getting Dias I don’t need. I’ll clearly never get Neuro. Or death wish and unholy when they drop. Should I get the 5 Dahlia pack and post it? 😂
How about a review of corrosive agent at diamond. So far fighting her in master holodeck is a death sentence. She makes model leader look liken a joke. Need to try her with Eliza I think, I’ll have to have one in the lineup until I get one again. Unfortunately, stand out is the one I don’t have, which is the matchup for this monster.

Alright, so first off: The pronounciation of Très Chic is almost perfect on the last take, but you do roll the "r" too much. You''re doing a hard "r", which is not exactly it, you need to make it a bit more fluid if that makes sense to you, though the french "r" is completely different from the English one, so it's hard to give examples. As for Eager Deceiver, she's a variant that's full of problem: First off, weirdly enough, it's hard to stay Ravenous with Umbrella because her grabs are so good, and you might not want to spam bubbles. Second problem is that perfect parry are still very hard to do, hence why Risky Ginger is considered "litteraly unplayable" by some. Third problem is that the buff you get don't go well with the Permanent Enrage and the Perfect Block. Precision disappear the moment you land a hit, so if you don't just blindly go into a blockbuster, that's one Perma Enrage you might lose. If the ennemy hits too hard, your barrier goes bye-bye, which means you lose another Perma Enrage. Regarding buff, her Marquee Ability revolves around defeating an opponent, which makes for another issue in consistency. FInally, with Umbrella's kit being lackluster regarding buffs, with her taunt giving her a buff that's kinda terrible in this context. Though her taunt -and activating her prestige ability- do empty her hunger gauge. One thing for sure though: Her Perma Enrage ability is miles better than Djinn Frizz's, because it is more consistent and does not stop at 3 Enrage, which is very good if you manage to land many Perfect Blocks in a row... But I wouldn't bet on that. In the end, Djinn Frizz is better for 2 reasons: She's more consistent, as in, she always hits like a truck, does not rely on you playing around with a gimmick and her potential Permanent Enrage comes naturally as you're playing. And she's a Filia, meaning she has a better kit, because Filia's is broken and Umbrella's is kinda disappointing and she is faster, because honestly, Umbrella's slow running speed can spell your doom sometimes.
I do think you are a bit biased, you recomend variants that you like a lot,and variants that you play you dont show them for what they are,for example fire branded in my opinion is crazy,top tier atacker in my opinion, you dont even need to do high combos, just do pillars and the bb2 burst and u good to go,she can do beast king dmg, only problem wich i agree she cant deal with bufs and s.a, but beafy fighters like heavyM dreamB Spliting I, are getting destroyed by her, all too tier defenders
Bias is always inherent, that's why I always recommend to hear and read other people's opinion. And I only mention top tier if they can do several things i.e. huge damage, buff control, regeneration, meter control, etc. I agree that Fire Branded can deal a LOT of damage, but so does Risky Ginger, Beast King, Dream Demon, etc. All top tier in DAMAGE, but what else can they bring to the table?

Death Mark is a HUGE damage multiplier and makes a big difference. And Parasouls already have high damage from crit mass and Precision. Combined with Enrages, Immunity, and unblockable blockbusters, Risky can become an absolute monster. Also, true. Pros and cons. Fire Branded is faster, but has less utility than the others. It's really up to your preference.

As a Windstalker main, she is my absolute favourite. She fricks over characters with revives and abilities which trigger below certain hp%. Her BB meter drain is like having 5 stacks of miasma. And her headless plays just control the opponent very good. I think the only variant I couldnt defeat with her was Splitting Image.
Too bad many players convert her as soon as she drops from the relic.
I got a shiny windstalker so I'm kinda just forced to invest and play her 😂 but I do agree that she is fun to play around with especially with her meter drain
I think they need to buff risky ginger because sometimes when you really need to block some powerful moves or a multi hit blockbuster like Annie's boomerang you can't really avoid that so you need to block to not get killed but then all your efforts of getting those enrage will be gone and that is very annoying
They need to change it to something like 1:countering an attack gives deadeye for 15 sec, blockbusters are unblockable with deadeye” 2:”countering an attack also grants immunity and a super long enrage”
She puts in risk, so her reward shouldn’t be “instantly dying to thorns” and her enrages shouldn’t be destroyed by just getting hit

How about a review of corrosive agent at diamond. So far fighting her in master holodeck is a death sentence. She makes model leader look liken a joke. Need to try her with Eliza I think, I’ll have to have one in the lineup until I get one again. Unfortunately, stand out is the one I don’t have, which is the matchup for this monster.

Alright, so first off:
The pronounciation of Très Chic is almost perfect on the last take, but you do roll the "r" too much. You''re doing a hard "r", which is not exactly it, you need to make it a bit more fluid if that makes sense to you, though the french "r" is completely different from the English one, so it's hard to give examples.
As for Eager Deceiver, she's a variant that's full of problem:
First off, weirdly enough, it's hard to stay Ravenous with Umbrella because her grabs are so good, and you might not want to spam bubbles.
Second problem is that perfect parry are still very hard to do, hence why Risky Ginger is considered "litteraly unplayable" by some.
Third problem is that the buff you get don't go well with the Permanent Enrage and the Perfect Block. Precision disappear the moment you land a hit, so if you don't just blindly go into a blockbuster, that's one Perma Enrage you might lose. If the ennemy hits too hard, your barrier goes bye-bye, which means you lose another Perma Enrage.
Regarding buff, her Marquee Ability revolves around defeating an opponent, which makes for another issue in consistency.
FInally, with Umbrella's kit being lackluster regarding buffs, with her taunt giving her a buff that's kinda terrible in this context. Though her taunt -and activating her prestige ability- do empty her hunger gauge.
One thing for sure though: Her Perma Enrage ability is miles better than Djinn Frizz's, because it is more consistent and does not stop at 3 Enrage, which is very good if you manage to land many Perfect Blocks in a row... But I wouldn't bet on that.
In the end, Djinn Frizz is better for 2 reasons: She's more consistent, as in, she always hits like a truck, does not rely on you playing around with a gimmick and her potential Permanent Enrage comes naturally as you're playing. And she's a Filia, meaning she has a better kit, because Filia's is broken and Umbrella's is kinda disappointing and she is faster, because honestly, Umbrella's slow running speed can spell your doom sometimes.

I do think you are a bit biased, you recomend variants that you like a lot,and variants that you play you dont show them for what they are,for example fire branded in my opinion is crazy,top tier atacker in my opinion, you dont even need to do high combos, just do pillars and the bb2 burst and u good to go,she can do beast king dmg, only problem wich i agree she cant deal with bufs and s.a, but beafy fighters like heavyM dreamB Spliting I, are getting destroyed by her, all too tier defenders
Bias is always inherent, that's why I always recommend to hear and read other people's opinion. And I only mention top tier if they can do several things i.e. huge damage, buff control, regeneration, meter control, etc.
I agree that Fire Branded can deal a LOT of damage, but so does Risky Ginger, Beast King, Dream Demon, etc. All top tier in DAMAGE, but what else can they bring to the table?

Shes very simple to play and very easy to get her dmg off
Death Mark is a HUGE damage multiplier and makes a big difference. And Parasouls already have high damage from crit mass and Precision. Combined with Enrages, Immunity, and unblockable blockbusters, Risky can become an absolute monster.
Also, true. Pros and cons. Fire Branded is faster, but has less utility than the others. It's really up to your preference.
