I was not allowed to come back until my cough is gone. Drs still have no idea what it is to this day and neither do i. I still get that same cough as well. It never goes away until something magically works.

If you’re in public and sitting then lean a bit forward to where your hole just barely has an opening BUT BEWARE this can cause loud prolonged farts if not handled correctly!!! Do NOT try to sit up right as that can hurt if you release the fart and it can go back up which hurts. Another good tip is if you’re in a public setting and you don’t have any attention you can slightly raise yourself off your seat using your arms to log you up about 0.5-1.0 inches above the seat so it can spread out more and have a less consentrated sound. Type of seat with corresponding tips. If you are sitting on a coushioned seat the raise about the seat trick works well as it can absorb the sound, however if your sitting on a solid chair be sure to lean a bit forward and release IN SEGMENTS.
