You should change the title. Sakurai never says that he hates Nepal. He just mentioned that he got sick in Nepal.
They actually did change it. They had it as he criticized it and now that he hates it. Clickbait title. I don't like when people do this.
I'm Japanese. This title is incorrect. He has made no such statements.
He said he did not know the cause of his peritonitis, if anything it could have been work stress or eating extravagant foods.
He was a very polite gentleman to others, to foreigners and to foreign countries.
He does not hate Nepal and has never made hate speech against all other countries.

I believe he didn’t have any intention to express hates or like, just shared his nearly-died experience responding to such question. At least, he seemed to carefully choose his words and he would have felt sorry if somebody felt sadness or hurt from his selection of this topic and reference to the name of the country.
This means that his colon was already not in good condition before he went there, isn't it? And eating unfamiliar food too much upset his body system terribly (yes it can happen to our body, same thing happened to a friend of mine when we worked together a few years before. He went with our friends to a place he's not familiar with and he fell sick for 4 days. On 5th day he came back to work but his face was still pale 😥). Thank God he's safe 🥺 Continuous stress can really make our body sick. The scariest part is, we don't realize that we're actually very sick until the source of stress has been removed, or something serious like this happens.. 😰
I can't blame him for eating too much though.. 😅 Nepal's curry is really delicious. I still remember my Nepalist friend's vegetable curry. To this day I still can't find anywhere that has vegetable curry as delicious as that ❤️
