- Florida woman Kimberly Kessler is charged with killing her co-worker Joleen Cummings. Cummings went missing in May 2018 and her body has not been found, however authorities found several items of interest at a landfill in Georgia. Authorities believe Kessler killed Cummings at the hair salon where the two worked. Kessler is believed to have used 17 aliases over the years.

She started doing something fishy, like stealing money or products from the salon, etc., and the victim was either the owner or the employee that confronted her with the discovery of not just the fake name and license but the theft. She was going to be fired the next day and it's alleged that she came back (or stayed late) with the victim and murdered her in a misguided effort to keep her alternate life and theft from being discovered. I'd say she's a schizo bc she does talk a lot about the CIA and secret societies, but her thoughts are very organized and in proper context. Scammer with a hammer.

You clearly don’t know what fit to stand trial means. It’s not at all based on sanity or insanity, most who are legally insane are still fit. What was the the need to hurry into a trial? She was locked in solitary 24/7 and going nowhere! No diff than her punishment now, in fact she has more freedom in prison post-conviction as most do over county jail

@@jam2sleezy172 Not sure on his skill as a lawyer but she did ask to be put back in her cell first. Plus her antagonistic behavior was not likely to be earning points with the judge. She is a defendant that the more she speaks the worse her chances in court become.

I’m just here struggling to hold down one life! What she has done has taken a lot of focus energy and hard work. She was more than aware of what she was doing. Yeah she had strange beliefs but not to the point she didn’t know what she was doing, she’s probably just lied so much she’s forgotten or isn’t aware of what reality or truth look like.
