You can ask for replacement of damaged plants. They will send free of cost. That time you can ask for the two free plants which are missing. I bought 4 times from them and had good experience. They replaced my damaged plants. You should call and talk to them. Also grafted plants are better than rooted ones because thai variety plants are prone to root rot in rainy season.
I have called them about free bees....he said that I will send you on your next order so what's the point of placing order again if I have not to buy more plants now....for replacement you have you send plants through your money by courier and they will send plants after you will pay the courier charges as said by him in his recent video on yt...so no point to spend more money....it's good to know that you have good experience but mine is not...in some plants soil was just filled and when I took out the plant whole root ball got disturbed..I don't know about that they will send grafted plant and if they have to send then atleast the grafted part should be atleast more established rather than this which you have seen....this was my first online buying experience which was mixed as few plants are in good condition as well.Now I will prefer buying from local nurseries only.
Mam sakura belacan ka jo variety hai uska root bht hi sensitive hai isliye partha ya gir chitra ki stem ki upr grafting karke dena padta hai, isliye mam grafting karna bhi zoruri hai❤

Mam I usually prefer buying plants from local nurseries only but since thai varieties are not available over here and after reading positive review only I have ordered 12 plants from them but you can see in the video that I have said that some plants are in good condition but some are not even in few plants they have just fill up the soil in the polythene bag with small boll size hard soil which during repotting got disturbed even two plants were newly potted as well.So I have mixed experience with them.Its good to know that you have received goods plants but I have shown my honest review along with plants condition with you all.

Hmne bhi mgaya tha inse ak sal phle lekin shi nhi aaye the kychh me to root bhi nhi thi bs mitti me lpet kr kating dedi thi.
Mere bhi do plants jinki soil nikal gye thi sirf do ya teen roots hi thi....laga diya hai sahi se hopefully chal jaayegi.
