hi. what does it mean with 'silence and inaction not representation'?
Hi Nur. Silence and inaction amounts to an omission. In other words, the Principal hasn't actually said anything verbally or in writing. Thus, it cannot doesn't amount to 'representation' which requires something to be said in order to apply for Estoppel.
