Could you repeat those fights but this time move their starting locations further from themselfes, so the attacks (for example pig's catapults) will actually do something.
I'm still suggesting a boss fight of Wolf vs. 3 Pigs. 40k Gold. On your main channel. After that, maybe Frederick, Richard and possibly Philip vs. Saladin. That should be more balanced on the second thought than on the first one
I think Snake’s only chance would be if he managed to set Pig’s castle on fire. Even then, I don’t think Snake builds any units that can properly take on a Lord and win.

Er müsste halt einfach herausfinden, dass man mit P das Spiel pausieren und mit - verlangsamen kann. Dann könnte er eigentlich schon direkt einen Marktplatz setzen, Stein kaufen, einen Mauerweg vom Bergfried weg bauen und die Verbindung wieder abreißen. Lord Balder könnte das im Schlaf.
Iwer Sonsch bleibt eben nur zu hoffen, dass Udwin entweder diesen Tipp mal liest, oder er irgendwann selber auf die Idee kommt. Lassen wir ihm doch noch ein bisschen Zeit, er spielt Stronghold ja erst ein paar Jahre...
Best strategy to defeat snake is fast build barracks and blacksmith for recruit macemans and quick assault using this units. Keep some soldiers like maceman (if you are fast, swordsman will be better, pikeman sucks against foot melee units) and crossbowman for defend the lord, you don't need walls and towers. Only be fast.

You set up a map where you are cut off from the AI by some natural barrier, then when you set everything up place lions near your keep before you save so when you start the game your lord gets eaten. If you die and you weren't the last one of your team or there are other teams that have to fight it out, the game goes on in this spectator mode. Since the AI here are set to no alliances, the game goes on till the last man is standing.

Klar kennt der Fluch Gnade. Man denke nur an "Der Marsianer"! Aber Udwin spielt hier auch nicht Kerbal Space Program, also greifen eher die Regeln von Eddard und Boromir.

Diese Burg ist in dem Kampf natürlich sehr ungünstig für die Schlage. Wäre da nicht diese Treppe, hätte die Schlage natürlich mehr Chancen.

That was expectable. Archers are not good against xbows and maceman are great against spearmen and good against archers.
