It was Siyeon's laugh. Jiu was starting to wave while Siyeon was starting to laugh. And it synchronized to the camera movement which is Siyeon is the one who is holding it.

In one fancam I saw, JiU completely stopped what she was doing mid-performance to get one of the staff to help someone who passed out from heatstroke near the front of the stage. 🖤♥️💛
