I’ve made a habit of getting started on Create to the point that I have a Backtank so I can mine underwater.
As long as you keep an eye on your air, it’s legitimately the safest mining ever.
And I’ve found a few good underwater caves with plenty of Redstone on my current save.
Yep, especially with packs on new-ish minecraft versions I absolutely love to base near an ocean and just go underwater with the diving stuff
Exactly, and with how MC generates diamonds and other ores it gives you more than you’d normally have.
Super hyped for this series. Kinda hard for there to be a Minecraft series that gets me invested. And every single one of your seires did that. Finally c:m playthrough. I play it myself and reached 3 chapter (maybe i build too much but i love create) and was curious about others playthrough. But there was only one, so not much inspiration. And now one of my favorite youtubers started. Keep it up!

Travelers backpacks are a little more expensive, with a little less storage, but they are nice because they have liquid storage and there are different versions of the default backpack with nice buffs.
id rather choose the balloon so you could upgrade it to balloon with chests later on it is slower but sure helps a bunch when you traveling to gather resources
you can make a minecart contraption with chests on it, then pick it up with your wrench. this means you can have effectively unlimited storage in one inventory slot!

@@damson1115 the mod stops you from doing that by saying it’s “too big” when it really takes too much data. as long as you only carry 1 or 2 minecart contraptions you’ll probably be fine

Do you happen to have a list of what all extra mods you added for this playthrough? Sophisticated backpacks is the only one I've heard explicitly named (Great choice btw, my fav backpack mod), but any others have just been handwaved/referenced simply as "building mods".

would really make the terrain pop

You should try out a fun little mod called "Dragon Survival", it's pretty cool. It lets you play Minecraft as an actual dragon, with flight and breath weapons and a growth cycle... Also, if you get big enough, you can let other players ride on your back (but only if they're either still a human, or a smaller dragon).

Change one more mod: Instead of using the gravestone mod use enigmatic graves. Because it will bug out sometimes and you will not find your items or they will spawn on top of the mountain you were under

On the f3 menu you can see if you are ontop of it the chest is always under block 9 . 9
Okay, yeah, that is why I stopped using terrain/biome mods. In the end, they are just really inconvenient. "I want to build here, but before I do, let's go clear off all the plants..." And some mods add items that can't even be broken by water. So you have to go around hunting down all of those sometimes-hard-to-see sticks/stones.
Man I remember playing this on the official mekanized server. That was so fun. Also the amount of times bog has nerfed things is annoying.

Can you please make a review on create addon Create: Dreams and Desires its a very cool and endgame addon that ads bulk procesing (like press that can press stack at a time), a lot of decor, new alloys and more its big so may take more that 1 video
neither of those sage species live in the desert (other than the transitional area from the forested mountains into the desert)
I'd recommend you get the Tom's simple storage mod, it help enhance the way you use the vaults and other forms of storage.
That one is already in the pack I think
