Zowy, that is one heck of an impressive nib. I think I'd enjoy writing with that EF nib and feed if it was mounted to a freakin' banana. This puts that pen into a much better light for me, the price included.

The Noble Green was the Scribo that made me pull money from my beloved Namiki Maki-E and Chinkin fund, and it was money well spent. I've been wanting another Scribo, but not, I think, this color.
I do worry, though. I almost always prefer medium nibs on Japanese pens, and even on western pens. But if the extra fine puts down this much ink, then what would a medium nib do? There is such a thing as too wet, at least for me, and this review really does make me worry about buying one that has a medium nib.

The Noble Green is a lovely colour. For me I much prefer wetter nibs as they glide across the paper more, but yes the more wetter the nib is the more time it will take to dry if writing in a notebook meaning you can't turn the page as quickly.

I have Scribo 1 from writehere in 'F' and that too is a very wet writer. I also love the way the nib has a pencil like feedback (imo) on paper.

Yeah I like the pencil like feedback too, I wasn't a fan at first but it gives a lot of tactile to the writing experience, and it's a very pleasant experience not scratchy in any way.

Has anyone written with both the 14kt gold EF flex and the 18kt gold EF non-flex nibs in normal writing, without pressure? Would the flex nib make a good daily writer if we don't flex it, or would the 18kt EF be better for long writing sessions?

I haven't written with both 14kt and 18kt EF nibs but I have written with both 14kt and 18kt M nibs and I found the 18kt to be more firm. Not a huge difference but I could tell the difference between the 14kt being more bouncy and offering more line variation.

14K nibs are Flex nibs Dave. Am I right?

Yes the Scribo 14kt nibs are the flex nibs, although some manufacturers like Santini are using 18kt gold as flex nibs as 18kt gold is more pure and softer, although most use 14kt gold.
