To be fair, your gainer was BARELY landed, i personally would get it better than that before trying variations. HOWEVER if you just kept your leg straight and tuck the other one behind your butt or something you'd land the gflash. One thing to keep in mind is that in a Gflash there's no tuck with your arms. Experiment with not tucking (or only tucking with your legs) in a regular gainer and you'll probably figure something out

Its also worth pausing the video on the last frame you're still in contact with your floor- look at your takeoff position. Compare it with the takeoff position of people will super good gainer flashes and you'll probably notice a few things :) good luck!

MeatMachine thank you for the tips one last question though, when I practice I always fall to my left like I'm rotating inward is it the way I kick?

Dont worry about it. It's because your right leg comes down first, and your left leg is tucked so thats obviously gonna be the way you fall, since your flip goes straight over the top. If you slanted the gainer you'd probably fall to the right/backwards if you didnt land it.

Here you go, I find it helpful to make these comparison stickman overlays to understand how takeoff position is affecting your trick (on the right is one of my older Gflash sets, can you spot the differences?)

this is good bro but, when you gainer flash take off on a slight axis. 45° is good. Going all the way back is hard. So go slightly slanted and it should be effortless
