In my contract with Titan, I was contracted for the first year's payment to be reimbursed. Each time I made a payment request they changed their personnel. My solar was installed in 2021 and I am still waiting. I have gotten NOTHING but lies. I'd love to join a class action against them, as everyone I initially recommended.
I just started the process of a civil lawsuit against them in Ga for breach of contract, roof damage, trip/ fall incident from unsecured wire, hazard/high voltage wire exposure, deception, high energy bill, fraud! I am sooooo ready to go against them in court!
Titan Solar is questionable as a legal business . As I recall: the panels are not yours, if they're damaged your homeowners insurance will have to cover the repairs. If your system generates more than you need, you may get a credit on your utility bill. I'm not sure it's worth the hassle or cost to deal with Titan!!

These companies are extremely common usually sales oriented and Lack installation experience.
