40 kg on single screw ok, But how will you simulate the daily usage like open close with diffrent force, screws with plastic will get loose what about. How this can be discarded after it is used, already the world is full of plastic wastage. There will be a static energy creation problem also
Hello, Generally for one door 3 or 4 hinges are used. Each hinge has 4 to 5 screws. So, overall the load on each screw is much less than 40 kgs. Also, we have demonstrated with hanging load. But doors load on the screw will be different and the stress on WPC because of this load will be less compared to the hanging load. Also, WPC material will not shrink or expand due to weather conditions. So once the screw is fixed, the chances of it becoming loose are less. WPC is 100% recyclable material. You can contact us in the future f you want to discard the material. We will reuse the material.
