Just one person stood up against an entire company and it led to a positive change and protected the nature around her. Be the change you want to see in the world. Nowadays we need the trees to clean our air more then ever before. Plant a tree in her honor somewhere if you can!
Can you "literally not even" after hearing the story, too?
Now this is conviction, dedication, and self belief.
How did she poop
One tree. Not a forest. This woman had no life and can’t comprehend that living in a single tree won’t do anything but protect that single tree.
I saw her speak years later and she was an amazing presenter on stage - so amazing that I wish I could have videotaped her presentation!
Oh please my mother raised FOUR children. Where’s her award?
You are her children, you are her reward. Don’t be jealous of other people’s success
@againstthepods4316 and? What did that do for anyone? Other than make you. A person commenting on a video.
Chill. Stop commenting. like your the second coming of Jesus

@@Yun-Yun-ehe its not a bot, its just someone who started a fight in a cat video because "Africans are starving and youre just watching nonsense videos" like we can't have fun
That one unemployed friend of Tuesday morning:
😂
A woman climbed to the top of a tree
What a great way to start a conversation!
if I remember correctly, she and her colleagues were supposed to switch places after a certain amount of time but I think they didn't want to do it so she stayed up there until the company gave up on cutting the tree
This. This is the kind of protests I can get behind.
Luckily she can afford to do this kind of protest, sadly some people cannot afford to be peaceful because they’d have certain death
Yeah most also don't have the patience and endurance to survive in a tree for 2 years
Yep and also Zack didn't mention that this tree was the OLDEST redwood tree that was ever recorded, it being over 1000 years old.
How did she manage toilet and other personal hygiene issues tho.Living for two years on a tree must have been a huge challenge.Mad respect to her she is a hero😄💪✊.
Good on her. Screw the logging company.
They are login.
Theyre still gonna cut down trees
This gave me faith in humanity, we need more people like this
Mad respect for this lady that protects this tree and the environment ❤😎
2 year doing something ain't a waste of time.
Mad respect for you girl ❤
A woman of focus , commitment and sheer fucking will
Me when someone tries to cut down my favorite tree:
That’s true dedication. She really cares for the environment. 😮
She was real determined to not let the tree get cut down by climbing onto the tree then living on the tree for 738 days!? That's insane mad respect
How did it take 738 days????
They sent her supplies to live.
Who?
watch the whole short dumbass
Hats off ! She’s a true hero 💗 but I’m sorry I have to ask how did she answer her calls of nature 🥹
Mad respect to her love for the nature. I wish we all cared as much.
That's the true definition of standing on business
Damn, living on a tree for 2 years is VERY impressive

*NEVER underestimate how stubborn n hardheaded a woman can b lol*
Lol
And idiotic
Shes legendary, she lived in a tree for a little more than 2 years just to protect it, amazing
I need a woman to protect me like this.
we almost have the same profile picture
“The next day, the logging company burned down the tree.”
The tree is alive and people can visit to this day
@ Ik, im just saying how funny it would be if it countinued like this
SHE STAYED UP THERE THROUGH HER PERIODS THIS WOMAN IS CRAZY! She definitely earned it
Thats actually the right kind of activism, where you arent hurting anyone by helping another thing
