Been jamming the new album since it dropped yesterday. Really digging it and the overall vibe they brought for it. You can hear the callback to their past work. Great work to them all. Seeing them Monday and stoked. Fantastic interview as well.
Being a small band seems to have so much more joy and the little things are exciting. Bigger bands are like puppets but looks like the money is worth it. This album prolly big band arena rock vibe. Good for AA.
i know this album is gonna have like that new sound they’ve been doing but i’m still excited for it because i heard the erase it thing or whatever it was called and i’m excited for that and the riffs sound better on this album and at least a little more rock/classic metal stuff than rock/poppy stuff
I love these two. Like a house on fire wasn’t the greatest. But still I can’t stand it when fans attack these guys for not being heavy. Get over it at this point.
Danny said Ben would record first, then Danny, then James. Maybe I'm wrong but I've always thought drums record first then bass and guitar then vocals last
sorry the "country rock" music on the music style category in wikipedia was mind lol, because I have always been a big fan of your band and since your change of musical style has affected me a lot, I have grown up and I understand now even if I still listen to the same musical style.
I enjoyed SWOTI. It’s better. Some statements are wild here. People didn’t own CD players in 2017 either but you guys did 4 times the sales first week. I hate to compare but younger bands like Spiritbox are delivering 5 times the numbers in 2021. It’s not about how many people own cd players, not about the genre. It’s about song writing and fans support. It’s ok to admit that LAHOF didn’t connect with people.
@@NR-pc7qx this may be a big surprise for you, but Danny is more than capable to scream like he used to. The problem is that he just don't want to do it anymore.
@@nix6707 yea i know, and that's what makes me upset, it feels like Danny make music to satisfied himself, and doesn't care with metalcore AA fans, i have no problem with any genre, but AA music now just fulfill with Danny ego
How does it feel to have the worst album of the year? It’s the epitome of generic… I get they changed but it’s not even “good”. Tired listening to the album and every single song was boring as hell to me but for the first single. Sad. They used to push the envelope.
Danny and Ben (and the rest of the band for that matter) have grown up SO MUCH and I am so happy for them! Can't wait to hear the new record!

So excited for this record! Though I'm sure no one will want it to sound like LAHOF
Danny’s got a mixed American and English accent, sounds like a Danish person speaking English 😂
Yeah, I think just the interviewer and Ben spoke the full original accent 😂
It's called trans-Atlantic happens both ways
I think the english side is a tiny bit stronger still
I wish that was completely true, but I see it lol
Danny does feel like country rap on most verses since he came back
love Ben's little studio
Three british accents on one video - looks like a challenge
Well, this interview is worth to be listening section 😂
@@ptr_grin exactly😂
British accents are sick
@@jimbell364 yep. But still hard to understand
@@blueblues2418 I understand them I just struggle with Scottish accents
they really got me as a listener again with this album!
Super excited!
Awesome interview, thankfully my car still has a CD player.
Is this a re-upload? I swear I seen some of this interview, unless the last one was cut up or something
Great interview nonetheless though
Posted a couple of clips before but now you can watch the full thing
@@rocksound ohh okay that makes sense, watched it btw was just curious about that

That song...."FAME"....wow....sexiest song OF THE ENTIRE RECORD.
The fact they werent together for the last 10 years, even if they recorded 3 albums shows.

Usually guitars would be written with drums
@@GSTVoid recorded, not written. it’s really typical for the recording process to be drums, bass, guitars, vocals
Wait WHAT? No more Sam?!?!?! Holy shit where have I been
Danny's accent is so weird now. Sounds like he's trying to imitate his old British accent but this American twang keeps seeping through.
He has a trans-Atlantic accent.. I think he wants his nice sounding british accent back
Love how they know what youtube comments are coming 😂. Also, I still buy music. I buy CDs 😯. Am I in the minority? 😥
@GoFuckYourself DumbFuck Same here!
They’re so tamed and different now
Trippy
❤
Imagine Dragon on youtube again hahahahaha Sad but True

I didn’t hear Cameron in this much
I wonder why 🤔
Don't mention the final episode if your never going to fucking play it

why is danny american now?
fuck me, Danny's accent is gone
I just want heavy AA again 😔 I know I sound like a broken record lol
I'm standing right there with ya. Unfortunately I don't think Danny really wants to anymore... although we all know he's very capable still.
Not Only You brother even the rest of the band wants it but danny boi don't wanna
I still hoping someone somewhere could replace Danny and bring the old metalcore AA, cuz Danny vocal style now is completely country dad rock
