- With Cirrus reaching 10,000 aircraft delivered, that means there are plenty of aging SR20 and SR22 models in need of refurbishment, including modern avionics upgrades. One well-regarded avionics shop-Nexair Avionics in Plymouth, Massachusetts, has been specializing in avionics retrofits for Cirrus models for years and this year it brought one to AirVenture. It's a 2007 SR22T G3 model sporting a fresh panel of new Garmin avionics, and Aviation Consumer Editor in Chief Larry Anglisano took a look at the airplane with Nexair's Brian Wolfe.
The fit and finish around the auto pilot is something else...
Seriously, I can’t believe that made it to the presentation model
Looks like garbage!
I wonder if there is a viable market for converting the earliest Cirri, the ones with 6-pack steam gauges?
Anyway, this panel looks wonderful. Don't pay attention to the haters. They're just jealous.
Nice great option with that avionics package. The plane looks nice. But the fit and finish in the cockpit area around the avionics is not well done. It looks cheap. That doesn’t match to this airplane, the expensive avionics package and the claim of a Cirrus, being a luxury aircraft. For over 400K I would expect precision in the fit and finish. 😊

At that cost you could almost guy a g6
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST
We asked and were told there are just too many factors, configurations and options to say.
