Karen Sue Pohlmeier, I did this about 15 years ago. You buy the hair piece. Back then I paid $1000 for the hair piece that only lasts about 4 years, because every time you brush or comb your hair, hairs fall out and they don't grow back because it's a hair piece. Did you notice when he was applying the hair piece onto the guys head, the inside of the piece all around the edge was rubber? I did not see him do this in the video but what the lady did to me was wash my hair, shave all of the top like he did, then she uses fishing rod twine and she does like a braid all around the edge of the hair on top of his head. Then she uses a needle with more twine, sticks it into the rubber on the inside of the hair piece and she attaches it to the weave on your hair. This keeps it on your head tight. The front part of the hair piece she uses a sticky tape and glue, and that holds the front down tight. When your real hair starts to grow, the hair you saw on this model, then the hair piece becomes loose and you have to go back every month and redo it. I'll bet you it is probably about $125-150 a month to redo it. The model looks great but it is costly. I stopped after 10 years because it got to costly. It's good for the wealthy. So I wear a baseball hat. Hope it helped you out. It's like hair club for men.

I used it before, if you're actor or you have enough savings you can use, but it's not cheap to maintain the shape and quality. How do you clear your head when some plastic is sticking your head and your skin can not breath, just like if you wear cap 24 hours. It will hurt you long term. Be yourself, it's nothing wrong without hair.
