I didn't do any of that. I just setup each Contact Sensor & the Motion Sensors. Then I plugged in the Siren (once) and armed the system and tested.WORKED PERFECT right outta the box !
I bought 2 updated systems January 2020, which come preprogrammed, however I am trying to program all 4 remotes to one siren per direction's and it will not work. I even tried resetting the sirens by plugging/unplugging 10 times and then programming and it will not work
I have 2 host horns from 2 separate kits (Model No. KR-H01) and want to setup a common system for both horns to sound off together do I need to clear both horns with a factory reset by unplugging both 10 times (in unison) before I start the syncing process for all of the sensors and remotes that came with both kits? If so then after the factory reset would I just begin unplugging both horns together 3 times to sync all remotes and 5 times to sync all sensors from both kits?
Is it possible to pair the Kerui J009 indoor wireless siren with the Stand Alone system so that both siren will alert at the same time when a sensor sends a signal? If yes, will you do a video showing how to pair them?
I setup the alarm system and everything is working except one of the keyless remote is not working properly. I also have the second host(horn) how do you setup the extra host to work with the original one? If you could provide any instruictions on adding the extra horn in would be appreciated?
I have 2 Kerui alarms. The set up & operation of the 2 alarms are identical. They operate on the same "frequency". Set up the 2nd alarm as you did the 1st alarm. The remote controls when programmed works for both alarms...synchronized. You will have received 2 remotes per alarm system & should program the remotes for the number of people that will use the system. Yes, the remotes sometimes malfunction as I've experienced with one where the "arming" button does not work although the "led" lights up but no sound from the host. Otherwise the other buttons work fine. You will find that arming the system with 'any' of the remotes arms both hosts (sirens) & likewise dis-arming. Using any remote it's a good idea when arming to push the arming button at least two times to ensure both alarms are armed b'cause it is difficult to hear both alarms (hosts) sound together. When any sensor (IR, door or window) is triggered both sirens "fire"off together. Good idea to position the sirens (host) a distance apart. Do the same for the IR sensors in strategic locations. All door & window sensors should be programmed for door bell (7 times unplug/plugin). This allows you to check the operation & battery serviceability periodically by opening/closing & listening for siren response. Because all Karui alarms operate on the same 'frequency' it is wise to not encourage your neighbors to have the same alarm system. Hope this helps.
How to connect this to Tuya Kerui W181. I use to connect it via smart accessories but when I set it Away armed it response only like bell sound like doorbell not like SOS sound.
What if you have a single motion sensor and buy a new extra one. How to you get the single fob to recognize the new sensor so you can use two sensors with one fob?
May be a dumb question, does the alarm siren "GO ON" if the batteries die in one of the alarm sensors, like the wireless door contact sensor? I don't want this alarm system to give off false warnings to myself or neighbors! I am not a fan of battery operated or wireless systems, especially alarm systems, but understand it's purpose, ease of installation. It would be nice if I could hard wire this KERUI system with bell wire, achieving the same end result, minus the batteries.
Not a dumb question (but maybe it is) because it's clearly not possible with this battery powered system. I totally agree though, because a wired system (which I installed in my parents house) is far superior. But it's also far more expensive and complicated. Ideally it would be a wired system with long life batteries in the sensors for power outages. That or just get a backup propane generator/ solar system with transfer switch and battery backup (also expensive and complicated). So this system serves sort of a niche' purpose of being cheap and semi-effective.
I have a new system, and when I plug it in, it makes no sound. The alarm has never made any beeps, even though the red light is on. Is there a solution?
@@KERUIOfficial It does not respond to either of the remotes. However, using a power supply I took from a Linksys router, I was able to get beeps! Unfortunately, when I connect, the beeping never stops now. How can I resolve this? Can I order a new power supply?
Hello, you need to unplug and plug the power adapter 3 times. When you beep 3 times, trigger the detector and remote control, and you can add them to the alarm horn. unplug and plug power adapter 1This can exit pairing mode.
Hello, when your remote control button is pressed down, will the LED light be on? If not, you need to replace a battery, if it not work again, it maybe broken.
Every time I set up this standalone system my neighbours alarm goes off, they have the Kerui G18 alarm system. Can anyone help set mine up without theres going off
Try to programm it away from the closest room near your neighbors. Maybe in the bathroom which might be more isolated and away from them. If problem still persists, try to write an email to KERUI, search them on Google and describe your problem

Chinese made but b'cause their English is poor their written instructions are useless! Here are a things I've had to learn about this alarm system. Make sure the batteries are fresh (9v IR sensor/12v door/window sensor). When programming/adding sensors you must remove (battery) power from "ALL" sensors 'except' when adding a door or window sensor the battery must be connected but only for the "one being added". However the opposite for the IR sensor which must be switched "Off" & then switched "On" after the 5 time unplug/ plug of the siren. The sheet instructions you get with the system is incorrect when adding a "door/window sensor". For the "IR & window/door sensors" unplug (siren) 5 times (not 7 times!) & listen for the 5 beeps. The 7 times unplug/plug is for a the door bell operation & helps to routinely check sensor battery & operation. Make notes as you program the system & safely file for future use.
Mr. Rick, the one I got was pre-programmed host with 2 IR and 3 door/window plus two remote. I am trying to add more remotes and sensors but I am in a trouble. Firstly, the host didn't even make "beeping sounds" like youtube video. It makes only actual "siren" noise when plug/unpluging. I called/emailed the phone number and email address provided to talk with the manufacturer in China, but neither one worked (unknown email address and phone number does not exist). Reading reviews, I thought you have the most knowledge. Any tip possible?
@@rioizawa6419 According to Kerui the system is expandable. If you have already programmed the alarm & it is functioning correct that's a good start. Instead of pulling the plug in and out why not just switch the power on/off at the socket?

No

can you reduce the sensitivity of the sensor say to about 2 meters

you must use music that don't have lyrics and be less loud, good demo
