You will have to do GDL and afterwards you will get eligible to get enrolled in Bar at Law Course

LLB is basically a three years long course, I doubt if you will get anything in this range, but I will try to find out and will let you know, meanwhile you can drop me an email.

is pupillage necessary even if you do not want to practice in uk and return to Pakistan instead for practice.
No, if you don’t have to practise in the UK and practise in Pakistan you won’t be needing a pupillage for that

You can apply directly for Bar Training, you don’t need any practise for becoming a Barrister, you will first have to get registered with either of the four Inns

As a student you are allowed to work for 20 hours/week, in-sha-ALLAH you will find a part time job

You don’t need to do LLM for getting admission in Bar at Law, remember LLM is an academic degree and Bar at Law is a Vocational Training, you cannot get a title of Barrister without Bar, even if you have done Ph.D, it won’t get you a title of Barrister and you won’t be eligible to practice law in the UK
