Oh NO! Why the design change for the kitty ears!? These kitty ears are so rounded I thought they were shorter bunny ears! The original Kitty ears are so sharp and stately, these look round and totally unclear that its supposed to be a cat! If you give us two rounded options (bear and bunny) why can't we keep the one sharp crisp look for the kitty??? It seems like a petty complaint but these headphones have literally no purpose besides aesthetic, so its really sad to see it designed so... ugly. I was asked what the condition they are in... Used? I know when or IF I get these replaced, they'll probably only last another 6 to 8 mths. BECAUSE OF THE WIREING. For something that costs so much, I would expect that the design would be better. Not to mention how Id love to hook these up to my phone to listen to music ect. They are my ONLY headphones so id like listen to stuff while I do dishes or clean or whatever, but I can't hook them up to my phone because of the usb and not a headphone jack. If im gaming or doing school work, or working getting up is annoying because I cant walk freely with them on. wired headsets are sooooo out-of-date.

@@savvakiscy i had 2 headsets and they both did that but i found out a fix to this was to find where the wires in the headset were weak and fix them into a position where they're stable with a rubber band and it's been working just fine for a while now, still disconnects occasionally but its nothing as bad as it used to be. also found that the lighting also contributes to the issue which sucks because that's a main selling point for the headset
How hard are you on your gear? I have had several headphones, a mouse, and an orbweaver, and all of them are either still working or lasted for 4+ years
@@Rottwiler44 I think the quality of their products has gone downhill slightly and it’s now hit and miss, I’ve seen numerous other people complaining about faulty/broken products after not owning them for long (just look on Reddit). I have a blackwidow keyboard that I got around 6 years ago, it still works and honestly the quality of their products was great back then. But 2 years ago I got some kraken headphones, they stopped working within 6 months so I got them replaced… then those ones broke within a year so I switched to another brand. Now I have a faulty lancehead mouse that I’ve only owned for just over a year so the warranty has ended. I’m not hard on my gear, my headphones are always left on a headphone stand and I’m not the kind of person who gets gamer rage and takes it out on their peripherals. It’s just frustrating that 3 products in a row have broken. They’re not cheap, so why are they breaking like they are with normal use? Maybe it is just bad luck but I haven’t experienced this with other brands in the same price range. It’s a shame because I do still like Razer, they’re one of the only companies that sells pink gaming gear. 😂
@@Vakrios my razer basilisk v3 is now over a year old and is great, however i cant say the same for the razer headsets I bought, I gave them three difference chances, all of them broke within a month. They were the razer kraken v3, kraken ultimate, and a second kraken ultimate.

Got these for a bday gift. The " cat " ears and I use the term loosely are a ugly joke. They are waaaay to small for adults. They should have stuck with the old design. Hope they come out with a replacement par that looks like the original. Bear ears need to be bigger too. I just look odd and childish having those tiny ears on and adults head. Also for the price the should have used cooling foam cushions like the original. Sound and mic is good though.

V1 much better. Wireless. Sturdy. As for sound, use the equalizer, and oh boy the V1 are flying :))
