LINEAR BABY! This type of drumming is a game-changer to how you can sound on the drums! But that sound doesn't come easy. Really work at trying to gain as much as control and evenness between your hands and feet as possible, it takes time to get there but it's so worth it for how much better your drum fills will sound.
