Melanie, I truly can't even begin to express to you how "absolutely" stunning this wedding reception was. You and your staff truly did an award winning presentation, period. I literally "loved" everything that was presented from the florals to table decor. In my area people usually present only the wedding cake but I love a groom's cake, as well. Take care ♡

Absolutely beautiful! Some of my fav colors and bling being showcased in the decor. 💜💜💜 And yes being in the South (Tx) we do two cakes. And usually the groom's cake is the most rich. Chocolate, German Chocolate, etc. Now they're more creative and I think it's a fun way to display his personality.

This is beautiful!! Most of the weddings I've attended have two cakes. I also decorated cakes for several years. The bride always requested 2 cakes.

Beautiful Melanie! I love love love the rich jewel tones of Fuschia and gold. So regal and organic. The chairs were gorgeous! I'm from California but I live in Florida and my family from South Carolina. I know that traditionally in the south, the groom's cake is a chocolate cake.

Every wedding reception I have attended to my remembrance has had a bride and groom cake. Maybe it is a southern thing. (Alabama). Continue to be blessed. Cherry

Outstanding event! Good for you taking the time, to teach the academy, “LifeSkills” good on you! I would be interested in seeing a video on the hanging of the drapery. That really transforms the event. Such a good job on detail. 💜💜💜 on the west coast we usually have one cake table. I love the idea one for each. Usually there is a particular preference in cake choice.🎂🌟 I’ve seen where there alter layers. Chocolate/white, or have cupcakes.. I love your videos, you are a great teacher 🌹

Hi Melanie what a beautiful set-up! You never disappoint. I would love your thought on a princess party I'm doing. There will 15 tables and I was thinking to have 3 centerpiece designs and distribute so each design is on 5 tables. They are all princess related. Or should I just do balloon centerpieces to make life easier. You have a video for that.

Good morning Melanie ❤ Everything was absolutely stunning like always.💕 Here in California, I just always see a wedding cake. But back home in Louisiana they do both a wedding cake and a grooms cake.
Very beautiful as usual Melanie. I have been t rehearsal dinners that had the groom's cake there. I usually hear the rehearsal dinner to the groom if the brides likes that idea.
