Hay it’s ok and understandable that you all have been busy. Look farther down in the comments for another post from me about a web site I gave you. Please read all your comments on this video so I’m hoping it will help you out!!!
Wow! There used to be these things called Atlas. They opened like a book. Every state had a page and they showed you where all the towns were. I was never lost then.
Most AMISH communities share one phone. So, you keep calling and then someone picks up, and then has to go get the person you’re looking for to call you back. Hated these types of loads when i drove flat bed. Best thing that happened at an Amish shed builder in Indiana for me. I picked up PT lumber in Culpepper,Va. and drove straight thru, spent the night in their driveway. Next morning was brought an Amish breakfast that could’ve fed three people….
Y'all went through my home town of Newark Ohio. At 6:07 the basket building was the Longaberger headquarters and is currently vacant. I've been up that route to Millersburg in my 24 foot Mercedes van several times. Some of those roads are too curvy for a motorcycle.
Wow . watching you two, thanks for the video's, the good and the tuff, real life trucking. sure, came along way from the f-250 , trailer break problems, setting up the sleeper in the pickup truck
That’s a Amish saw mill and that phone you were calling is a community phone in a little shed and the horses are Belgian draft horse they stand around 6’5 to 7 tall they are huge horses glad to see you guys are back out and how was your thanksgiving dinner
I know the T680 I drove had issues with coolant sensor. Common problem and was told by KENWORTH to just make sure coolant level is full on each pre trip.. It has to do with where the sensor is located that is the issue.
I have found, with my Garmin, that outside noise ( radio etc.) really confuses the voice recognition algorithm. I know trucks are not that quiet , which may be the reason it is having problems trying to decipher what you are saying
Millersburg. Before you said it i was like that looks familiar. Go there very often its about an hour south of me. GPS for me never works there always have the plan the route before going. Should have stopped at some of the stores there.
its just off of rt 250, and that was an amish sports car that you showed us driving by. You have a gigantic ISX Cummins, so what hills are you complaining about?
He keeps complaining saying that his truck is a dog and that it is slow, Most of us that have owned several of these trucks with the same exact setup Definitely know that this is NOT true! He has his truck set up for factory default settings because it was a fleet truck They definitely have everything turned down for fuel economy. When he started stating that the truck would not climb hills, I knew that he has the truck set up to a fleet (economy) setting. He needs to take that truck in and have someone reconfigure and reprogram the ECM and shift points to get the maximum horsepower out of that engine. But then again he will be b******* and winning when his fuel economy drops. Because that's what will happen. You have to choose either you are going to have power and have horrible mileage. Or you are going to get great mileage and have absolutely no power with the truck..
You sound like you think like I do. You know that to try to haul a step deck around with a 2 something gear ratio and a turbo 400 auto trans isnt exactly the ticket, right?@@EstebonSosa
I know exactly that saw mill at. I've always pass it when I'm out that way. It an hour away from my house n I live right between akron and canton Airport
Yeah, my family has roots in that part of Ohio. Welcome to the Amishland amusement park. On weekends, you'll find more tourist then you would at Disney World. The roads are great if you're on a motorcycle, but those roads could be hell for a truck.
I never used a GPS, just good old Randy told me where to go. Could not blame nothing but myself for wrong turns. Don't know how you drive with out a little trip planning. Just look at a map a know what direction to go. Love your videos, I just trust myself more than a device that seems not to work. Great videos, I do appreciate your work ethic.
Cannot understand why he doesn't have a Rand McNally Road atlas and individual state maps. He blames GPS but the blame is squarely on his shoulders. He isn't to blame though because none of his blunders are his fault.
I have lived in Ohio my entire life those roads are not meant for 18 wheelers at all. I hope you guys had a great thanksgiving I admire the fake head hanging behind Lita's seat I noticed that right away with her being a big fan of Halloween that makes sense. I had to laugh when Lita hit her head and Robert asked what happened and then asked did you get it on camera something a guy would do. I always enjoy hanging out with you guys your videos are fun to watch.
I used the hot shot up there in Millersburg and Holmes County all the time I've been to that Sawmill that you're talking about and picked up slabs that is a rough place to get in and out of but they run tankers milk tankers all over Everett you got this
Amish might not check their phones until it is time to go to the barn and milk the cows, around here they all keep their phones in the milk house at the barn
Welcome to my world. We do home deliveries with a 81ft semi and some of the places we get into. Having to back in to place 1/2 to 1 mile in or out on roads that are only 1 vehicle wide
😂 I counted 8 times you said CRAZY. That just crazy how many times you say crazy. Ain't that crazy. 😂😂😂 Keep it up I think it funny makes me laugh like crazy. Just goofing on you man. Don't go crazy man it's no worth it. As far as GPS. I would us nothing that voice activated. Nothing wrong taking a few extra minutes to put it in manually. I use the Rand McNally 750. Once I got it tuned little issues. The only complaint is not enough updates. On routes. Keep up with the the videos you guys are a doing the best you can. God speed you guys.
That’s the problem in Amish country. No phones in the house so they run down to the nearest pole to get to a phone. All their last names are Miller,Yoder or Slabough. All their businesses are in the middle of nowhere. Also in some areas the men only work half a day on wensday. They probably don’t factor because they deal in cash and no internet.
Hope you had a good Thanksgiving. I do not mean to upset you I was just making an observation. Your company name is on the side of your truck. A clean truck makes a good image for you and your company. Keep up the hard work.
From the sounds that you make when you pull your key out of your pocket it sounds like you do not keep your ignition keys separate from the rest of your keys.. Having your ignition key weighed down by other things attached to it while it's in the ignition is a sure way to bend your key and mess up your ignition
This cat mad because the talking box on the dash gets him lost, sad state of the trucking industry,,,,cannot operate without computer telling him what to do....this is pathetic
I hope everyone had a great holiday! Sorry we've been real busy around the house!
Hay it’s ok and understandable that you all have been busy. Look farther down in the comments for another post from me about a web site I gave you. Please read all your comments on this video so I’m hoping it will help you out!!!
I have a load picking up in TX going to KY..
I guess your going to have to make a drone shot of the new truck in your title roll
?
Wow! There used to be these things called Atlas. They opened like a book. Every state had a page and they showed you where all the towns were. I was never lost then.
Yeah some guy named Randy McNally
I still have one, but generally if I need directions, I look it up and write it down. I don't have to pay for fancy gadgets that work sometimes.
Bet you parked and played in the pickle park too
Glad to see Robert going crazy about everything again! Things are getting back to normal. Robert you’re a hoot!
WELL, That's crazy.
Most AMISH communities share one phone. So, you keep calling and then someone picks up, and then has to go get the person you’re looking for to call you back. sometimes a 50 dollar mapbook is your best friend
found it on google maps between 12 and 69 on 125 i never follow the maps i find it zoom in and out to pick my way in on the roads i like
when someone says crane mats i run for the hills! they always pickup in a nightmare location.
Hope you and Lita and the kids ( 4 legged kids) had a nice Thanksgiving
Funny as hell, you are yelling at your Garmin and mine is now calculating to Bowling Green
That big building looks like a basket that was Longenburger basket, headquarters.
Never would of made it in the 80's. No GPS, no AC. No co-rider to run into every 7/11 to ask for directions and pick up yoir dinner. Team Lita! 😅
Drove right through home town. Big empty basket. 😅
Wow . watching you two, thanks for the video's, the good and the tuff, real life trucking. sure, came along way from the f-250 , trailer break problems, setting up the sleeper in the pickup truck
Glad to see you back! Should've asked one of the horses, he could probably take you right to the place! Lol!!
Someone already said it but should've asked the horse for directions ROBERT!lol
Looking for a Miller in Amish country is like looking for a Smith in the rest of the world. LOL
That’s a Amish saw mill and that phone you were calling is a community phone in a little shed and the horses are Belgian draft horse they stand around 6’5 to 7 tall they are huge horses glad to see you guys are back out and how was your thanksgiving dinner
Happy thanks giving from the all the doggies at the dog bar
That Garmin voice command shit was so funny! I constantly grind my teeth saying I’m gonna smash my GarmIn. LOL
I like the cooking in a truck episode, people need to see what truckers go through to survive and save. That was cool!
I don’t care how you survive as long as I get my Amazon package the next day.
I know the T680 I drove had issues with coolant sensor. Common problem and was told by KENWORTH to just make sure coolant level is full on each pre trip.. It has to do with where the sensor is located that is the issue.
The coolant sensor issue is so common, you’d think KW would retro-engineer a solution.
I have found, with my Garmin, that outside noise ( radio etc.) really confuses the voice recognition algorithm. I know trucks are not that quiet , which may be the reason it is having problems trying to decipher what you are saying

Someone is hauling those mat’s

I know exactly that saw mill at. I've always pass it when I'm out that way. It an hour away from my house n I live right between akron and canton Airport
Yo! Love the videos keep them rolling. Get rid of the pis bottle in your cup holder
My neck of the woods. you should have taken 13 North out of Newark to 62. 62 would have taken you to Millerburg
Was probably an Amish saw mill and only phone is community phone and no one was near it I've ran into that picking up a bobcat before
You're a gd genius Gump
@@George-dy3pt watch your mouth ,prayers lifted for ya
You missed the turn to the right at 12:15 and was only 1/2 mile away.
Hope you and Lita had a good Thanksgiving and I like the dogs
Just try and comprehend trucking before gps.
... and cell phones !!!
@@maxx21147 Yeah for sure. Had to risk life and limb many times trying to find a pay phone.
Even 'billboards' helped find the street sometimes !@@motehopper
A Randall Mc Nally work wonders back then
Change out reserve coolant tank comes with a sensor and it’s cheaper
Hello y'all good to see you two. Lita that food looks Sooo Goood !! Robert is a lucky man. Be Safe and God Bless.
Sometimes with my home "Smart" things, I have to restart them to get their head screwed back on.
Yeah, my family has roots in that part of Ohio. Welcome to the Amishland amusement park. On weekends, you'll find more tourist then you would at Disney World. The roads are great if you're on a motorcycle, but those roads could be hell for a truck.
Imagine those roads come winter time. 🇨🇦
All I can say, everyday an adventure. One of these days look back an laugh 😅. Take care.
Hope you and Lita had a very nice Thanksgiving and a well deserved chance to relax your body's and your minds. Safe travels.
I never used a GPS, just good old Randy told me where to go. Could not blame nothing but myself for wrong turns. Don't know how you drive with out a little trip planning. If Lita won a bunch of money, he never see her again that's for damn sure
The sooner the better!
@markpeterson6836 how's your love life? Oh your comment says everything you're single lonely and miserable! 😂😂😂😂
Go back to simping on only fans! DID your girlfriend from Taiwan ever message you back or did it just take your money!
OLE Ruben cant answer his phone, he has to go to his phone shack and talk in the morning or afternoon, LOL
Robert, did you hear Banjo's playin' on the road out to the Mill?
My KW key bends too
Where the hell is your atlas Don't understand why you newbies don't use them GPs will get you in trouble
Cannot understand why he doesn't have a Rand McNally Road atlas and individual state maps. He blames GPS but the blame is squarely on his shoulders. He isn't to blame though because none of his blunders are his fault.
Wife and I were ROLLIN when the both of you were yelling at the gps!
YES! Freakin’ GARMIN!!!
Been there, done that. And when I say been THERE, done THAT... I mean been there.... Millersburg, yup....
I think they're actually draft horses, a lot of them around here in S.E. Minnesota too.🐎
ACTUALLY THEYRE CALLED CLYDESDALES!
I have Garmin dezel gps for 5 years never had a problem or wrong route but of course I enter the info as opposed to yelling at it, try it.
Hey at least it was scenic
Hi Robert and Lita
Hope you guys had a good turkey day.
I liked the "Minnie Pearl" price tag version of the new white sunglasses better!
I have lived in Ohio my entire life those roads are not meant for 18 wheelers at all.
I hope you guys had a great thanksgiving I admire the fake head hanging behind Lita's seat I noticed that right away with her being a big fan of Halloween that makes sense.

Amish country they might have only one phone, on top of a telephone pole like on "Green Acres" 😉
Robert Best Wishes to both of you. Your VLogs shows what a trucker goes through on a daily basis. Too bad for wasting 4 hours of your time.
Did you set the GPS to Thomas Amish county side 😂😅😊🎉🎉🎉 it will tell you turn here brother 😂
Nice country ride 😊
Those are Belgium horses, you was wondering if they were Clydesdales. They mostly what they use as work horses.
Like your new girly glasses. Is it closet time?😁
meatloaf sandwiches need House of Parliament sauce HP sauce an English condiment Excellent try it if you can find it
when google earth wont show you a shot of it from space you know your in the boondocks lol
Wow.. trouble with a saw mill load from a sketchy broker.. didn't see that one coming 🍻
Eh I don't need a coolant sensor, but I do need sunglasses. 😂
I-65 south to Bowling Green.
I used the hot shot up there in Millersburg and Holmes County all the time I've been to that Sawmill that you're talking about and picked up slabs that is a rough place to get in and out of but they run tankers milk tankers all over Everett you got this
So could feel your aggravation through the camera. Crazy.
RANT RANT 8:30 look at this guy 😂😂😂😂😂 back to RANT!!!!! 💯 🤣🤣🤣
Just googled millers sawing in millersberg OH and google found it in 2 seconds. ROUTE PLAN!
You can’t be this dumb. Obviously google found it. Did you even watch the video?
Merrcer has all the Freight in Louisville!!!
Amish might not check their phones until it is time to go to the barn and milk the cows, around here they all keep their phones in the milk house at the barn
I forgot I doing a south Georgia hotshot. Taking my 10 hr on an off ramp. I-35 south bound Missouri LMAO.
Holy cow I just loaded in that same area today on dry van down the street from there
I threw out garmin years ago and never looked back. Literally, driving down the road.
Yep! They are absolute junk! Worst GPS units ever!
Lol i keep an old fashioned atlas in the rv
You need to carry a road Altas and not depend on a gps
those glasses are the bombdiggity man
I’ve felt your frustration before and what would you recommend for a truck gps?
I’ve been there out of patriot Ohio. Was that Town. Google town.
That was in the 80s before Google map
Man that food looks good guys
Ii would never have a GPS in my truck I always made contact with the shipper or receiver by phone it never failed me
You keep making my garmin gps listen to yall lol

I’m a ORT bus driver. I don’t use gps. Put it away and actually learn the roads and how to get in 40 years bus driving Experience btw.
Stay safe out there.
Got to be the COMPLAINT DEPARTMENT 🙉

Image is the last thing that even comes close to crossing his mind.
Having got blocked by a farmer's locked gate and reversed 2 miles to get out, threw Garmin over the nearest hedge! Never used a Garmin since.

That's normal in Pennsylvania and ohio i run alot of that

Random comment. Still cant quite figure out the PB&J… fingers crossed this is the video
Having grown up in that part of Ohio, I can vouch that many of the roads were never meant for 18 wheeler traffic
There ya are. Was worried about ya'll
So I'm guessing they'll have to find a better driver then you to haul that load!!
Lol you gonna give yourself an aneurysm man😂😂
PEEK A BOO. ROBERT, GET MAD AT THE MACHINE
