The 3rd gear is f*cked indeed. Only found out about the problem after I bought it. I thought; “Am I THAT shit of a rider or is it the bike”. Luckily I don’t suck that bad lol

Motor noises and gearbox bad.
@@leeengelsman1855 no it´s not. Gearbox is a bit bad. But that's a common issue with this model.
Thats not a serious issue To be honest it's no more than the bearing on the output shaft and a worn selector or gear change lever
Change the oil more often to 10w/50 motul 4t and try putting a new gear change lever on it
It will sound and drive a lot better even producing more power in some cases
Personally I've owned zxrs for years and know their issues and cures
Try to remember these old bikes were meant to run on mineral based oils so today's super slick super thin synthetics are no use in this differently designed and specced engine
