🌟✨If you're looking to be plant based and are trying to be healthier, I understand some struggle there, but just being vegan is simple. Most store bought tortilla chips are vegan, (most) salsa is vegan, a lot of guacamole is vegan, hummus, plain potato chips, a lot of barbecue potato chips, both of the purple bags of Doritos are vegan, some Takis are vegan, pretzels are vegan, peanut butter and jelly sandwiches are vegan, a lot of crackers are... heck, even oreos are vegan! Just google "lists of vegan foods (or snacks)" things come up. Peta's website has a list of hundreds of items that are "accidentally" vegan. If you're looking for healthier snacks, there's fruit, nuts, seeds, popcorn (some Skinny Pop popcorn is vegan, as are some Orville Redenbacher varieties), things like Larabars, oven/air fryer fries, seaweed snacks, some brands are even making vegan "cheese" snacks. Daiya has vegan string cheese, Babybel have plant based cheese snacks! When you don't know what to eat/snack on, just Google top 10 vegan foods/snacks! There's lots of good stuff out there, and if you're looking for healthier, plant based things, google that. I've been vegan for 11 years, and it's much easier now than it was when I started with all these brands making vegan options readily available. If you're having trouble at first, just stick to the basics, fruit, vegetables, potatoes, rice, beans, nuts, seeds, tortillas, and simple pasta dishes, (I love cooked spaghetti noodles with a can of italian diced tomatoes, spinach, onions and mushrooms, and a little pasta sauce). Every few months, I revert back to the basics because my body starts to crave simpler things and tires of the more extravagant vegan recipes like tacos, pizzas, burgers, lasagnas, and it just wants a nice simple plate of rice and beans with salsa and avocado. Stick to it, it gets easier!✨🌟

Okay. I’m at work but I was literally JUST in the car praying for God to show me some healthy snacks for the times that I wanna deviate from a meal plan and not put unhealthy corner store mess in my body. Then i walked back in the building, looked down and this notification came across screen and I couldn’t believe it! How fast God comes through sometimes! What?! Now I HAVE to make these snacks. Both the crackers and the cookies look delicious. I've been trying to make my own version of lentil chips/crackers for a while. I've tried various recipes and none have tasted as good as the store bought ones. Actually none have tasted good or even mid. So I'll take a break from attempting to replicate lentil chips and make the options you made in this video. So thank you for this. Btw, I've had those Hippeas before. They are delicious.

Tip: after rolling the cracker dough and peeling off the top parchment, sprinkle the salt and gently roll to press it in before cutting into squares.
