It's strange that I didn't heard this track before, but if somebody showed it to me and asked who can be the author I would be 100% sure that this is something from UK, not Germany:)
Torsten is brother to Jorg and is one of my all time fav trance producers. His work with Oliver Lieb and Paragliders is sublime not to mention his work with Taucher in the late 90s gave us some of the most epic club anthems. Looking forward to this
Another greater interview!! Thank you!! Great with the boat!! Too bad with the weather.. I've done a few music interviews, many years ago. The best one was on a boat!! I should get them uploaded!!
In 1992 nobody knew that Torsten in near future will be responsible for about 40% of the German Trance scene. Produced so many classics under many various aliases. Also helped many artists to gain their popularity. Huge legend for me!
I was really surprised and did not knew, that Nana was such a big hit with 1 million copies! My favorite Track of Nuke ist probably "Moontrip" from the Moontrip EP. I remember a party in the Brückenkopf (Mainz) where Zied and Thomas P. Heckmann played all night early nineties classics. It was around 2004 and Zied put a lot of cool stuff on the Technics :)
A superb interview with lots of nice details and background information. I liked it a lot. Torsten is one of my favorite producers and he has had a great many releases. Great job again, Twan.👍🏽👏🏽
I've heard of this track but I don't think I have ever heard Nana. Have heard their Mini LP album which has a different sound given the release year, seems like rave techno disappeared after 1993. Really enjoy Acid In Love, Keep In Spirit is another good track.
I hope you got more interviews with Tosten Stenzel! He is a legend and a great catch. A busy, successful man who doesn't really do interviews. Plus I believe he spends a lot of time in Antigua nowadays.
I hope so too, as mentioned in the video and video description we had another interview lined up, but since we ended up in massive rain and a thunderstorm we all got soaking wet, so the second interview didn't happen anymore. He lives in Antigua indeed these days, which is the reason why it is not really easy for me to do interviews. But.... hopefully in the future! :)
hi! i watched your channel for absolutely ages and i love it so much. could you do a video on Schiller - I Feel You? that would be incredible! also Slyder - Score and Neo (The One) would be AMAZING!!!
Thank you so much! And for now I'm not looking for requests or suggestions, sorry ;-) Muzikxpress is a hobby for me and I have a very, very limited travel budget for these vlogs. So I can mainly do interviews only with artists who visit The Netherlands for gigs etc, or people who live nearby. I was able to do this interview with the guys from N.U.K.E. (and 3 interviews with Jam El Mar the day before) thanks to some donations. I simply don't have enough money for interviews abroad. Lots of new interviews are lined up for later this year, so there will be plenty of new material coming :) Thanks for your understanding!
Hey can make interwiew with Woody van Eyden? He's Dutch so you don't have to go abroad and maybe he'll be interested in such an interview In the 90's he co-created with Andre Tanneberger the band Sequential One which was quite popular.
He is Dutch indeed, but he doesn't live in The Netherlands anymore for a long time already. I don't really have a travel budget for lots of trips abroad. And at the moment I'm not really looking for suggestions, sorry! I have a lot coming up for this year and I want to focus first on the names from my loooong interview wish list.
How many of you knew that Torsten Stenzel a.k.a. York, also made this techno classic in the early 90s? ;-)
Not me. :D

Yes man! as a child Turn Up The Bass!
York as in York - The Awakening? I learn more and more through your channel, Twan. Great interview!
Nana is one of the first songs i recorded from the radio as a kid
We are going back in time on this classic. Great memories here, thank you Muzikxpress for taking me back in time.
Thank you! Over 30 years old already, time flies!
Great interview 😃
Thank you very much!
N.U.K.E- Moontrip played in the Background, very nice Underground Trancy Track

In my opinion, Torsten is a very underrated music producer and remixer. He did a tremendous remix of Moby's song Porcelain!
I hope someday you could have an interview with Taucher en Torsten. Their sound and tracks were epic.
Maybe one day!

Michael Walter stenzel in group D.j sakin & friends N.U.K.E Tanzdiebe 1992 also he played with Atb.
His name is Torsten, not Walter ;-) And yes, he joined DJ Sakin indeed. Hopefully I can do an interview about that one as well one day.
