This video was an awesome find! Your work looks amazing! Now you have a set of dishes that nobody else in the world has or can find. And your table, as it spread towards the end of the video, is positively exquisite. Thanks for sharing. I'm going to change the color of a clear glass hanging swag lamp from the 70s. I loved your emerald candle holders sans the brush strokes and dark spots. Thumbs up and thanks again!

If you use the biggest paintbrush the piece will allow, that will minimize your brush strokes. So will using the thinning medium. Also wear gloves when painting the glass so the oils on your hands won’t transfer to the glass. Oils will prevent the paint from sticking to the glass.

Put glass in cold oven. Then turn oven on. After glass has baked 40mins, turn off oven. Leave glass in closed oven. Do not remove glass till oven has completely cooled. There are many other videos showing numerous ways to create designs on glass... not just paint it all one color.

Thank you for keeping in the not so great decisions like the sponge, because that’s definitely something I would’ve tried! Haha thank you for saving me time and sanity, using these paints for the first time and I’m excited to get going! Xx

Cramoisi : joli rouge vermillon lumineux,
    Lagon : magnifique bleu vert,
Brun ambré : excellente tonalité miel,
Et rouge : un peu carmin mais magnifique.

How strong is the paint? Can you wash the objects without the paint washing off or do you need a sealer after painting?

I would imagine the brush strokes disappear when the item is processed fully, after baking in the oven. This is an important step.

You were applying too much paint. It should be thinner layers. Also when using the sponge tip brush it should have been dabbed to remove the excess paint to prevent bubbles and works better with a thicker paint like acrylic paint.
