The problem with a system like this is that you're overloading 3 positions!! You'll need 6 strikers, 6 AMC, and 6 defenders that are capable of playing centre back (heading, marking, strength, decision making, bravery etc) to maintain all of their fitness levels throughout the season... That's 18 players for 3 positions, unless 1 or 2 of them are versatile, you won't be able to adjust your formation at all!! Could you imagine a top club today having 6 strikers!!?? It would be very difficult, if not impossible to keep them all happy... I'm glad you're staying away from the obvious legends of the game, makes it much more interesting to watch and challenging for you to play!!
No point looking at wingers. Your playing a wib wob central tactic. Andy van der meyde is a winger aswell so won't do well in AMC. Recall youssef Hersi and play him there in AMC
