Call me old-fashioned, (and no, I'm not saying I don't like seeing high crit chance or high numbers in general) but if you can have more then 100 % crit chance in a game, you know the devs failed. That just shouldn't be. Then the concept becomes meaningless and you can just do away with those stats and only have damage increase bonuses. And to the point where you said something like "When I'm at 90 % crit chance and then have no issue dumping the rest into crit severity - not sure if that's mathematically the best"... You can always calculate what would be the bigger damage increase based on what your stats are and what options you have. Thanks for the vid! Always enjoy a good spreadsheet. :D And I wasn't aware of some of the traits!
The amount of crit chance you can get even from sources which are either completely free or very easy to grind through other means, it's insane. So much so that I run all of my weapons, ground and space, with full [CrtD] mods instead of [Dmg], because I end up getting just as much if not more out of it. It probably doesn't matter much, the difference would probably be negligible, but it feels good to have a build that can rely on consistent critical hits.

Being someone who for the time being have to combine TG and WEO, I can’t run locators. Even with all exploiters and the lorcator on my Vaad Jugg, I overcap on crits in battle on my spiral wave loadout on the Vaad Jugg where I also run the 3 piece Altamid. Going to switch out WEO soon enough though

Glad to hear! Yeah, in a run where you're trying to go for a record, use a Prototype Ablative Jevonite. For me on the Jugg, popping one added ~0.6% crth.
Hi, I was wondering if you or someone you knew had a CrtD guide video. I'm on console and currently have my CrtH at 53.4% with some traits and doffs to buff it higher. But my CrtD is only slightly above 100%, and I would like to get it higher. But I'm having trouble finding anything other than Exploiters to do so, and I don't want to sacrifice locators to accomplish this. If you could point me in the right direction of a video or wiki guide for suggestions, I would really appreciate it. Thank you in advance for your consideration.
If you have a bit of EC, opening the Delta Packs is one of the best EC making methods we have right now. Very good market if you can get the Delta packs under 10m EC per.
@@CasualSAB That's how I got mine. plus what ever ships I get from boxes. I usually sell since I'm very geared towards specific type builds. many of the ships don't suit my builds unless I need the console or a trait. Looking forward to the Dominion L-Bug this morning. Will be looking for that video you make for a build on it.
No, my actual DPS build only has one +CrtH console on it right now, the Lorca tac console. That build gets enough crth from traits that it's running exploiters and Torp specific consoles.
The STRIKE FROM SHADOW/SUPER CHARGED WEAPONS etc are available only if you use one of those two ships or is available for all the ships once you take them from C-STORE?

Got lucky, was able to pull all of these doffs from boxes. and sold a few.

So you are prefering CrtH over consoles like Agony Redistributor and Tholian Webspinner Array?

If you own the c-store ships they come from, once you have unlocked the trait from them you can use those traits on any ship on that character.
