Think about it; Sanctus opened the Hell gates, basically creating a problem only he can solve, then uses the Savior and the Angelos to kill them all, thus cleaning it up and receiving all the glory. Then, Sanctus would use this newfound popularity to do the same in other places and rule the world.
I looked it up and apparently the Savoir is 80 meters tall, which is interesting as that means it's smaller Godzilla. (100m version) and much smaller than the Animated Goji (300m +)
6:56-7:19 is it just me, or did Nero use the same moves (technique) as Virgil when using the Yamato?? Those cuts through space and then the turning back stab through the gut. Virgil loves those gut stabs.
I had no trouble until the last phase w/ the Sparda charges, it would take my entire HP sometimes. The second swing of his final victory lap phase was hitting me a lot too, I just couldn't get that timing down, felt like a goofball
When you knock him down you have a fixed time window to attack, however the grab attack doesn't get interrupted. So what you want to do is attack him a few times and just when he would renew his shield, grab his sorry ass. Like here. However what the guy didn't do is that you can keep firing mind-blades while doing that big ass punch. Also learn how to fill up your gauge on the move, it really increases your damage output. The hard part is when he is low on HP, he does that sword charge and you have to excuse me but I can't remember if you can grab that or not. Safest thing is to dodge it, but that's the hard part if I remember correctly.
Benjamin Scott It’s possible to counter his sword rush attack with a perfectly timed buster, with or without devil trigger. I’ve done that trick a few times and it was easy to do, even on Dante Must Die.
this boss fucking sucks and ruined the game for me, im bored when i fight him, im bored when i beat him wtf was the point of making us fight a flying old dude with a shield that can block and teleport? id rather replay Devil May Cry 2 than fight sanctus ever again.

When your in Devil Trigger Mode whall on him, it's another way of saying keep attacking him over and over again until he charges his shield back up.

Limrasson Fun fact, you can deactivate DT and still do the blades while performing the buster animation.
