I had them for like a year, the previous week my right side earphone was being detected from bluetooth for 1 second saying it connected and then it disconnected afterwards. Thankfully i stumbled upon your video followed the steps and it worked like a charm :)

Life saver! On my phone it worked by completely unpairing the earphones, then do the 2 fingers thing, and close the box only once. After that they just appeared on the close devices, I paired them again and they were good to go!

For me this didn't help first. I pressed not where the touch is but down where the charging connection is. And after 30mins of trying i saw pale light on right ear bud. And voila finally could pair them with samsung a71.
