As professional travel journalists, it is customary and normal for cruise lines to provide complimentary cruise accommodations. Some cruise lines offer additional travel services such as air and/or ground transportation, hotels, etc. It is NOT typical for cruise lines to pay journalists for a review or video. This would be considered a "sponsored" review or video and would be disclosed up-front in the review or video. CruiseReport.com does not give the cruise line(s) any guarantee that a review will be 100% positive. The cruise line has no input as to the editing of a review or video. If we experience a problem or negative situation during a cruise (that we feel is significant or of any consequence), we will report it in our written review or video.

I’m sure you spent quite a bit for that cruise. So surprised they didn’t give private transportation from the airport. I refuse to wait for other people and ride in a shuttle. It’s never a good experience. A two hour bus ride to the port? Isn’t there a closer airport?

In costa rica everybody is trained in hospitality (just look at the smile on the transportation guy) and no there are no other large airports, it's a country the size of new jersey and most is protected hillside jungle
