Thanks for this video. My son is doing ice hockey and ice speed skating. His problem is using hockey cross over skills to speed skating. Every time he goes to the corner, he cannot lower his body and his leaning is not good. That’s my big headache.
Oooh welp not for now I guess, I'm still stuck in my comfort zone because of a recent injury caused by them annoying speed wobbles. Really need to stop using a rockered set up while I'm still a tad bit new.
